I had a very bad experience towing my truck twice to another local mechanic, who charged me a lot of money to not fix the problem. I took my truck here to 4th street auto and they got me in quickly, called and communicated my issue before doing any work, and had it fixed quickly for cheap! Excellent service!

I found this shop online!! Will ,agreed to see me same day!! My moonroof wasn’t opening all the way back, He fix my issue FAST and affordable!! This will be my permanent mechanic now !! Shop it’s clean and spacious , the customer service given it’s OUTSTANDING 100%. Don’t hesitate to use this place for your cars needs.

Will was upfront, honest, and fair priced. Sent me videos with full explanations of the problems found. Great fix! Cars running and driving great!

Honest, fair, reliable, and incredibly informative—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and does not try to upsell. This guy is great. Alternator went bad on me bought it to him yesterday and it’s already done today! Turn around time is great and he sends you updated videos and pictures about what’s going on! Incredibly helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

OMG, Will is amazing! He literally walks a customer through the entire process via video as he is repairing your vehicle. He takes all the time needed to explain the repair to the customer and never is vague about the cost, so rare to find. I call him the chic's mechanic, because ladies, this is one mechanic you can trust, hands down the best. So glad I found this place!

I was camping at Trap Pond when my car broke down, Luckily for me Will Glenn went into to work 4th Street Auto. I had my car towed in and WILL fixed it in less than a hour so I wouldn't have to be towed 100 miles back home. Quick, Honest, Reliable, Can't thank him enough !!

Honesty goes along way for me and Will, the owner of 4th Street Auto, is absolutely an honest mechanic. Recently, I visited a car dealership for several car repairs and the mechanic rep at the dealership told me I would need brakes pads AND my rotors either turned or replaced. I decided I wanted a second opinion about the brake service. I googled brake service online and 4th Street Auto came up and caught my attention. All the reviews were stellar and positive! And so I called up Will. He had me in his shop within two business days. I was able to drop off my car and safely drop off my keys outside shop hours. Later that same morning Will had the tires off, the brake pads and rotors inspected, and he sent me a video of his inspection! He called me up and recommended replacement of my brake pads, BUT the rotors were fine!! Thanks Will, not only for your honesty but your professional and friendly service! You saved me $$$ money by not needing to replace the rotors! Will is my go-to mechanic for sure!

Absolutely amazing place! He really knew his stuff, he worked with me and was very trust worthy. Definitely recommend this place and if I need anymore work will be going back. He even got my car done early!

By far the easiest experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Will gave me a call within 45 minutes of dropping my car off with what the problem was, and since it was a problem I had to go to a tire shop for it was free of charge. My family will always go to 4th St Auto before anywhere else.

Can not say enough good about the owner and operator of this shop Will, I came in with a issue out of the blue, he hooked me up to the sensor for the codes and we went through a short process of what could be the problem. Whilst having a regular conversation about life, got me on the schedule for Monday. Sunday comes gives me a call saying he’s going to jump on it early, got the job done before midday. Car runs like new, and I truly mean new. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all a honest mechanic. Will be coming back here for any issue!

had problems passing dmv inspection with my purchasing dealer. so i took my car in and got it all fixed up! good timing and great work done! reasonable pricing too. Will, did a great job, he was very thorough and understanding of the process! I absolutely recommend this shop.

Will was such a big help! I needed new rear brake pads and rotors along with a bushing on my shift linkage, luckily Will was able to get me in the very next day. He quoted me a better price then the place I was previously at!m. I couldn’t be more thankful. He definitely has my business from now on.

Normally I am extremely hesitant and nervous when it comes to mechanic shops, but Will at 4th Street Auto is genuinely one of the most honest, fair and kind mechanics I have found. He is quick, reasonably priced and does great work! My Air Conditioning in my car stopped working in the middle of summer and he was able to order the part, get it the next day and quickly repair the issue. I highly recommend his shop and services to anyone.

I recently visited this auto repair shop that exceeded all expectations. Will provided outstanding service, demonstrating expertise and professionalism. He diagnosed and repaired my vehicle efficiently, delivering impeccable work. Will wanted to show me the work he had preformed in the shop , but tagging along two children under 3 he kindly recorded the almost bucket of water he was able to drain. The pricing was more than fair, and the staff's kindness and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for exceptional service.

My new mechanic 100%! Went in with some issues I was having with my brakes. Not only did Will go above and beyond to fix my cars issue and repair my brakes, rotors and a wonky caliper…he pointed out some things that may need attention in the near future. Very professional in my eyes and I will definitely return with any future needs. If you are in need of an honest and trustworthy mechanic, Will is your guy! Five stars for me!

If you’re into supporting local business then this is it. Local guy. Knows his stuff. Always professional and courteous and no problem working me in around my hectic schedule. Prices are fair and environment is good, doesn’t try to pressure you into buying things you don’t need. Won’t get my oil changed any where else moving forward.

We spoke with Will 2 days ago about bringing our Durango in to get our lights fixed and taken care of, we got there and within half an hour he had EVERYTHING fixed, and taken care of when 7 other shops couldn’t figure out what the issue was and 4 more refused to look. Super nice guy, very respectful, straight to the point with no run arounds, or sugar coating anything, was very professional and did his best to get us in and out as fast as possible, on top of having the best pricing that we’ve found! In every aspect he was absolutely GREAT, I think we’ve finally found our Go-To shop after 3yrs!

I am so thankful that Will was able to install my daughter’s heating core and fix other problems. He listens and explains things so we can understand and charged very reasonable price. It is scary to trust a new mechanic and I am so glad he was referred to us. My daughter is so happy to be driving her car again. Thanks again, Will.

...bought the wiring harness from Freightliner Delmar...the service dept said " probably can't get you in till tomorrow...drove down the street to the Oasis Travel center...garage behind the fuel pumps..Mr Will pulls me right in...took less then an hour..( lucky-me)...outstanding service young man...THANKS..!!

Been dealing with Will Glenn for over a year on a Few of my trucks, personal and my business. He’s always ready to tackle your needs, honest about what he can handle and can’t handle, if he’s unsure about something he definitely does his research into whatever the issue might be.
