They had my truck for three days and no results. Camera issues the dealer states they are waiting on GM to respond to them. They don’t communicate with you unless you call them. Three days an $150 later and no results. I decided to pick my truck up since they don’t seem to have loaner vehicles. Didn’t want to just leave it sit on their lot over the weekend. I needed a vehicle.

Excellent work on fixing my car. Can't even tell that it was ever in an accident. Looks and runs like new again. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

1st service on a new vehicle. Arrived 10 minutes early. Vehicle drop well marked. Service manager knew who i was greeted me as I walked in. He asked for my key fob and I proceeded to the Customer lounge. 40 minutes later I was on my way. A totally positive experience.

First state Chevy is great! The staff are professional and friendly. Always reliable and easy to make an appointment and wait for the service. We will continue to get our vehicle serviced with them.

Everyone i talked to and dealt with were great people and very polite. I just think I went on the wrong day. Im usually in and out of a dealership fairly quickly but we were there for over 4 hours and then couldn't take the car home because the battery was dead so had to wait til Monday for them to clear the engine code from dead battery. They didnt get to look at the car until later Monday and it was quick easy fix. We leave in the car later that day with less then half tank of gas so I had to fill it up before even getting home. End of year and the salesman had another customer and he actually came in on a saturday he was supposed to be off to get the papers signed, I appreciate that. I just think it was bad timing for mediocre experience on buying a nice car. Great people and awesome car, just bad timing on my end. I wasnt gonna leave a review but keep getting alert to leave one.

I took my jeep in for a front sensor replacement since Megee Motors said I needed a brand new bumper and Megee doesn't do body work. I had an appointment at First State for 12/29. I got there at 8:45 a.m. After not hearing from them by 2pm, I called them only to find out "the paint hadn't dried" so they needed to keep it overnight. Richard called me early the next day, said the sensor was fine, they mounted it back into my existing bumper with a new retaining ring. Id give 5 stars except for the need to keep it overnight for painting a retaining ring and not calling me to let me know. Richard is great though. At First glance he knew I didn't need a new bumber.

Very easy process to trade in my 2018 vehicles for a 2026 vehicle. Jake showed me three vehicles and was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles on all the features. We are very pleased and will do business again at 1st State.

Needed to resolve check engine light and expected the worst. Was greeted upon arrival, had a comfortable and pleasant wait for diagnostic analysis, and was pleasantly surprised by the results. After a brief and painless repair, I was quickly on my way. Well done.

Had my Chevy Trax in for oil change and tire rotation. Was a bitterly cold day so it was nice to be able to drop my car off in a n8ce warm garage. James was so nice and even had my car in the same garage so I didn't have to go out into the cold. Wonderful service department. Would highly recommend it.

Kelly worked on my Chevy Trax for a turbo replacement! Not only was the repair done quickly, less than 48!hours from start to finish, but my car is running perfectly! Could not recommend this service department highly enough!

I was extremely pleased with the service department! They were able to do my oil change a couple of days before my appointment. I needed it done because I was doing a lot of driving the next few days and was worried since my oil had been on 0%. Wendy took me home and picked me up and all went well. This branch doesn't care about the quality of their work. I bought a Ford Maverick from them last October, love the truck but come to find out they gave me 2 compromised tires and an incomplete kit to swap them anyways. One tire had a botched attempt at a patch which lasted a year into my purchase, and the spare actually still had a screw in it. The spare tire kit was missing the extension piece which you need to lower the spare down. A good tire patch should last the life of the tire so that's just a bad repair job, but then to also to have your swap kit missing an important piece and on top of that a screw in the tire is ridiculous. Blaine actually did try and get their shop crew to patch it all up for me and got me a loaner car for the day so the only star I'm giving goes to him. Once in the shop though it was James messaging me and he just wanted me to buy a new tire and didn't even patch the spare that had a screw in it. To drop $28k then still be asked to pay to fix their previously bad fix is pretty insulting. If you're buying from 1st State Chevy make sure you check every inch of every tire. Make them lower the spare for you to check that too, and make sure the jack/swap kit has all its pieces. Don't trust they'll do a quality check before selling it to you

Overall the sales and finance were 5 star. The dealer prep of the Equinox was below par Grease marker paint was left on a tires and 3 of the 4 tires were way below their recommended pressure level, enough that the warning lights came on during the ride home. I had told the salesman about the levels being low before picking the car up. I normally wouldn't complain but I actually called the owner of the dealership to let him know of the pressure issue and expected a call back, which never came. I do recommend First State though and have bought many vehicles from them

I had a great experience with Jake. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted, and he was never pushy. He gave me the space to make my own decision and was always there to answer any questions I had. I absolutely hate the car-buying process, but he made it an easy and less stressful experience.

Having used First State collision many times over the years I can honestly say they do a fantastic job. The work is always impeccable and they make it look like nothing ever was wrong with the vehicle while working efficiently and for a good price. Highly recommend!

I had an A+ service appointment at First State Chevrolet. They completed a scheduled maintenance check and oil change in less than an hour on a busy day. The service staff was courteous and friendly during my visit. Truly appreciate their work.

Recently while being on the road longer than originally planned and towing a travel trailer I realized that my Silverado HD was due for an oil change. In looking online for a nearby Chevy dealer, I located two. After reading customer reviews of each, I dismissed one and decided to give First State Chevrolet a call and I'm glad that I did. I realized trying to get an oil change on short notice would be slim as I was only going to be in the area for a few days, and this was Thursday. I called First State, spoke with Jim and told him of my predicament. As luck would have it he informed me of a cancellation the following day. I arrived ten minutes before the designated time and was greeted at the Service Entrance by an employee that just happened to be Jim. He explained he would take the truck from there, have the oil change and tire rotation done, and directed me to the waiting room. After having a snack and relaxing a bit, Jim returned with my keys and assisted me with the checkout. Besides being grateful and pleased with their service, Jim and I chatted for a bit discussing mutually interesting activities and museums. I have to say that if you're in the area and are looking for a Chevy dealership, give First State Chevrolet a call. Steve from NJ

First State Chevy Service and Collision depts are fantastic. They are local and easy but also very bright and knowledgeable. They discovered an issue with the car and took care of it smoothly. I have a BMW and trust these folk more than anyone!

Highly recommend! We had quite a bit of work done and could not be happier. Prices are in line with the smaller local shops and the service is absolutely 5 star. I actually just recommended 1st State to a neighbor who uses a local shop. Word of mouth speaks volumes!!
