Not sure if the lady who has been giving me updates is having a bad day, but she is incredibly rude, gave us nothing but attitude when I asked for a second update because they are 3 hours late (I understand because police calls got first priority halfway into waiting). I was met with condescending and dissented language all because I asked for a second update after 2 hours MORE of waiting. But the communication from that front office was unprofessional and quite shocking to say the least. If it wasn’t for my insurance rep telling me they expedited me to the front, I would’ve had them find me another place to tow. I hope one of the managers or owners see this, because that interaction was enough to make me post a negative review, which I NEVER do, I always give the benefit of the doubt.
Yesterday my van broke down with me and my kids. I was so emotional. I called my insurance for a tow. My wait time was almost two hours. Douglas was there in 30 minutes. He was super friendly and so kind to me and my children. I highly recommend Douglas. He was a lifesaver and a blessing in disguise. You need a tow Douglas is your man!
Finished trick or treating with my babies tonight (2 year old and a 9 month old) just to find out my car wouldn’t start back up 🥴 we were parked on the side of a busy road because we went to a development just off route 1. My insurance company sent out first state. I called to see if they could take children, which they can not for insurance purposes (totally understandable) no biggie, just called an uber to get my family home.
My 5 star rating though goes SPECIFICALLY to Brian Davis. He was my tow truck driver. My son was dressed up as Superman but Mr. Davis is the real Superman tonight. He saw the Uber was parked on the other side of the road, and my kids dad and I couldn’t get across the road safely. Mr. Davis took it upon himself to walk into the middle of the road, and stop traffic coming from both directions, to make sure my babies could get across the road safely. That meant the world to me. He put his own life in danger to make sure my babies were safe. We’re strangers and he did that for us.
I also have a VERY narrow driveway, and he was able to back the tow truck into my driveway with out hitting anything. I’m very, very impressed. I cannot express how grateful I am and how pleased I am with how smoothly a bad situation went tonight!
If I could give no stars I would. I highly suggest going with any other tow company than this one. They caused a major oil leak to my car and as most places do deny deny deny. I have all the picture evidence I need and nothing being done about it.
My insurance paid them to tow my car for repairs, I paid an extra $135. And it took them 5 hours to get to my car from Georgetown, DE. I live in Lewes, DE so that's 20-30 mins away. They had to keep it in storage overnight because, they did not come and get the car in time. They were suppose to drop it off at 9am and, by 5pm the car still didn't make it to it's location in Delmar, DE. Which is another 30 mins away! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR TOWING EVER AGAIN!

Bill was my tow truck driver. Not only was he there prior to the given ETA, but was very helpful and professional. He also made sure that I was ok and waited for my ride to get there so that I would be safe. I would not hesitate to use them again! I definitely recommend them!
When my wife was in her accident, first state chevy towing arrived on the scene promptly and professionally. Knowing our vehicle was in good hands made the situation easier to deal with.
Is is commonplace to be delivering cars at 10:30 at night at people’s homes? Delivering cars at people’s homes at 10:30 pm on a Friday night is a scheduling issue. Take into consideration private residences and their neighbors which your loud truck disturb.
I called for a tow. The gentleman who answered priced me at $100 because my car is in Milton and the majority of the cost was driving out there. I told him that's fine, I can afford it. He told me to hang on a minute so I waited. After about 30-45 seconds the call ends. I try calling back a couple times, maybe the disconnect was an accident, but all 4 times it put me to voicemail. If you cant tow my car just say so instead of giving me the run-around.
