Wanted to throw a big shoutout to Jonathan. Was having a difficult time replacing a rains wiper blade set. I’ve replaced my blades many times. Could not figure out this one out. Jonathan came out and although a little tricky he was successful. Great job and outstanding customer service Thank you

Couple of weeks ago I suddenly got a battery issue and my car stopped working at this autozone parking lot. It was 8:55pm and they close at 9pm. A young associate named Fernando, with the authorization of his manager, sold me a new battery and stayed after closing to help me change the battery so I can go home. It was late and we were the last customers, the night was very cold. This kind act of generosity and empathy made my day. I hope autozone recognizes this values and keep spreading them among their employees. Thank you Fernando and thanks to the kind manger as well.

We were here for a passenger side view mirror, Nissan rogue. They didn’t have it but they helped us ordered it from their shop online. A day after we received it at home. The replacement was perfect. Thanks y’all.

I was sold a part that didn't fit my car. I went to return it and the black woman with a red wig refused it. She said it was used but, when I put it in my car it didn't match up. She was completely rude and unprofessional. And had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day. AFTER GOING THERE FOR YEARS WILL NOT RETURN.

I was in the store the moment that Mr.anthony was here and I was buying a part and, I was disrupted by the way the customer spoke to the representative, I come in Autozone often and they always treat me good at the Claymont location. Mr Anthony Becker was very rude to the customer service lady,, I don’t know why ,, she was trying to inform him about the return policy. e please let the owner of this location know this was not on the customer service rep she did a amazing job. Mr Anthony Becker please be patient and know they are a business

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Net. She went above and beyond to help me purchase the right battery for my GMC Acadia and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her follow-up — she even called to make sure I received my rebate after turning in my old battery. I have been a customer of AutoZone for 10 years plus I have not every had a problem with this place they always treated me well always respectful older gentleman James is the most respectful person I ever met but these new people they hire especially lady’s they are lazy give you attitude when you don’t know what you need they are rude and i have been going there for so many years Place is going down hill ashamed cause I like this location

Came back again after great experience being helped by a guy, on this second trip the woman look annoyed to be there. She didn't even gave me the choices on brake pads and just pushed a cheap on me, got annoyed when I mention the better one since the price was so low. I also told her before she rung it up I DID NOT WANT lubricant for 1.99, but still snuck it in the bill and hid the packet in the box before handing it to me. When I check the bill and the box, and asked for a refund, she got even more frustrated. Handed her a penny, and she told me she didn't need it, and proceeded to hand me back exactly 1.99, is our educational system that bad.

Wanted an oil filter for my motorcycle they said they have no way of looking it up or cross reference and they couldn't order it even you can order it online....not very good service and I was a former Autozone manager

On 7/31/25, after getting my car inspected at the New Castle, DE DMV, my brake lights mysteriously stayed on, even after parking & removing the key. And it was past closing time at my local repair garage so now my battery was likely going to die overnight before I could get a chance to get the issue resolved. Enter James C. of the Claymont, DE AutoZone. I had never even heard of an issue with the brake lights staying on, but when I went to the Claymont AutoZone for help, coincidentally there was another customer there for the very same issue (& they had also been to the DE DMV that very same day - hey, I’m not necessarily saying anything, but… ???♂️). James C. went out to my car & quickly located the issue (a very small broken part that I didn’t even know existed). I bought a $10 replacement part at the store, but had absolutely no idea how to actually fix the problem. James C. went out & installed the new part &, boom, problem solved! He saved me from most likely having to get a jump on my car from my garage the next day, buying a new battery, & having to pay however much for parts & labor - all for just $10. Who knows how much money (& trouble) that he ultimately saved me. Thank goodness for the kindness, generosity, knowledge, & experience of James C. - he really saved the day for me. Thank you, James C.! I owe you! ???

Went to use the diagnostic machine. Two people working the store 1 other person checking out while I’m in the store no other customers and I was told they couldn’t come help me because it was only them 2 working. I’m sitting in the parking lot and who comes out to help someone. The difference between her and I the color of our skin. I won’t be purchasing anything else from this location.

I went in the store with hopes of them helping me with tightening the cables on my battery. "Pink" the manager (which I was told was her name by another manager who by the way was very hesitant with giving me "Pink's" name.) I'm sure that was her nick name. She was the slim manager. She was extremely helpful. Although, due to company policies no one could come out at 9pm to help me. However, she (Pink) give me the tools for me to tighten my battery. Everything worked out fine. Thank you "Pink" I am so grateful for your help and assistance. Autozone is blessed to have you as an employee. Best wishes.

Walked in autozone I want to say either Wednesday or Thursday. There was a young lady working.She greeted me with a welcome to Autozone. I said hey I’m looking for an electric fuel pump…she said give me a sec. We walked in the aisle where they would normally be but was sold out.called a few other stores but they didnt have any either…I just wanted to thank her for taking the time to assist me…I believe her name was Asha or Aisha…All I know was she was very courteous and nice thank you again

Shakeena, Jonathan, Ron all for excellent and showing me exactly what I needed to have the air conditioner for my daughter‘s 2017 Ford escape to have cooler air. They looked up exactly what was needed for the vehicle on their system and make sure I purchased the right pieces to be able to fix what was needed. I would say A1 excellent service from everyone who supported me today. These employees deserve recognition for their dedication of helping people in the community.

This past Sunday, 6/15/25, I recieved tremendous service and help in a time of need from the staff at this location, particularly from a woman named Net. I was driving up 495 on my way to the Philadelphia Airport, and the rubber hood latch for my jeep wrangler snapped…leaving me with only 1 latch and a fluttering hood as I was flying up the highway. After temporarily securing the hood, I went to this location and to my surprise they had a replacement hood latch kit. Net sensed my anxiety from being in a rush to not miss my flight and grabbed her tools and assisted installing the part very quickly. I was able to get back on the road and made it to the airport just in time to make my flight. I wouldn’t have been able to do so without the incredible service from Net; she was professional and compassionate and worked with urgency. Thank you, Net! You’re a lifesaver!!

I am not a car person at all and they were very helpful. I walked in basically asking the dumbest questions and they were very kind and patient with me. Then Jim gave me advice and helped me clean my car battery. He took time out of his day to do that and he was extremely kind and pleasant. I can't speak more positively of Jim and my experience there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called about an issue and question about some services. When I did, some guy answer the phone and asked me if I could hold. I said "sure". I waited patiently and after about 5 minutes they got back to me. When I asked the same person my question, they didnt respond at all. They sat there in silence, and after I said "hello?" a couple of times to make sure there was no disconnect or drop in the call, they hung up on me. I tried calling back, and the same person picked up the phone. I asked my question again, and again they went silent and said nothing, then after 30 seconds, hung the phone up on me again. How hard is it to give me a simple answer to a question when Im coming in for parts and services? At least give me that courtesy instead of leaving me on silent and then hanging up in my ear twice.

Regarding location 2407 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE. I had an issue with an online order that was really jacked up. I came in for assistance very frazzled and just want to thank all of the service reps that assisted me with this issue. Everyone was so helpful and informative and most importantly they were very patient and with me. With the world we are living in today, it is a good feeling when you still come across good people who genuinely want to help. Thank You!!

I can’t recommend this Auto Zone enough! We needed a new battery. He took the time to take out the old one and install the new one in record time! Quick, efficient and friendly! They are awesome at this location! On a SUNDAY no less! Five stars all the way! ??

I came in for help & Mr.James went ABOVE & BEYOND! He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what I needed help with. He was also funny and pleasant as well! He made sure my car issue was completely fixed before I left the store! He reminds me of a dad who wanted to see his daughter not panic! I will most definitely be coming back to bring him lunch! He gets 5 stars from me with all the efforts it took for us to get my problem fixed! Thank you so much Mr.James
