I ordered a bumper from them 2 weeks went by I called to check on it and David said it got damaged dave coming from California,he found another one in that ended up being damaged to.then he said he found one in NYC and I would have to drive 7 hours to go get it no discount for driving all day to get it and refused to tell me the company's name were it was so I can google it for direction till I was on the road.i said just cancel my order and he tried to charge me a restocking fee for something I never received and they never even owned it total scam buyer beware.i would never buy from them again.they don't deserve any stars.
I was under the impression that this was going to be a hard find. County Auto Salvage LLC hooked me up correct part. It has only been in use for a few days but I am happy with it so far. Pic is of the tank being installed on my 1992 Toyota Celica GT
I ordered a passenger mirror. I received a great price, they sent me a picture of the mirror and it matched the paint on my car. When I received the mirror it was not the same color. They had the VIN number, year, make, and model. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a 5 Star rating.

My late uncle who owned Pierce Auto in North East, PA, would be happy that we could replace the parts on the never die 2003 Chrysler Chariot. It will flip 65600 miles today! The car didn't come from him, but certainly could have!
I ordered a drive shaft for a 2001 Subaran which no one else had I was quoted a price of nearly half of a grand and was told they would send me an invoice and have the part pulled and ready to ship when I paid for it so I paid for it and the part hadn’t been pulled then I was told they would send pictures before the shipped it which did not happen so then I was told my part was coming outta mount ford Alabama only to find out it was coming from Portland Oregon on top if it they put the worn shipping address on my package and had to request to have it changed now my package it stuck out there some where in ups work I put it on god I will never ever in life use county auto salvage Sagan as long as I live

I didn't know how to get a response but did know I needed a used tailgate for my 5 year old Lincoln Nautilus when I dented it backing into a corner of a trash trailer. I signed on to the internet and sent out a request for a used tailgate, giving the vehicle information and hit the send key. Within the hour a response came back asking what color tailgate I needed. When I called the company to respond, the person asked a few clarifying questions about the make and model of my vehicle to ensure he could find the right size tailgate, then said he would call me back. Within two hours he called back letting me know he not only had the tailgate that would fit my vehicle, but it was also in the right color for my vehicle. I paid for it and for the shipping to have it sent to the local Lincoln dealer and it arrived within days. I couldn't ask for a more responsive and more helpful parts dealership. If anyone needs parts, anywhere in the U.S. this is the place I would recommend going to first. They will do their best to get you the part that will fit your vehicle, and ensure it gets to your nearby dealership when you are ready for it to be installed.

He found me two seats after lots of work on both of our parts. One seat turned out great, condition and in its working components. I bought the seat, had it shipped, had it installed two days ago. The seat works perfectly, and looks like it came with the car when I bought it new. I was looking for a inside rear view mirror with dimmer for a 2003 MB SLK. Mine had got what they call "a halo affect" right in the middle of the mirror and it was no longer being manufactured so I had to find a used one. After going to 4 different salvage yards and going to one that sent me a faulty replacement mirror, I called These guys. WOW. I gave them the part number and within 20 minutes they had the part and called me back. We agreed on a fair price, less than the faulty one I got from the other place and they shipped it out that day. When I got it is was clean and in almost perfect shape. I will deal with them again if i need any other used parts.

I was searching for an Electronic Transmission Control Unit (TCU) for a 1991 Mazda B2600 4x4 and found County Auto Salvage on the Internet. It is a rare item that nobody seems to have. I spent over a month sending messages and making phone calls to anyone and everyone. 90% of them never bothered to reply or return calls. Three individuals from County Auto Salvage replied to my inquiry almost immediately. Eric made an extraordinary effort to try and find the part. I even paid them upfront in order to expedite the process. From what I understand, they even had a remote salvage yard remove a part and provide pictures of the part. Unfortunately, the part was not compatible with my vehicle. Further efforts were made with continuous communications to me and finally, I decided to ask for a refund so I could use the funds elsewhere. The refund was immediate and there was never a problem with these folks. I will continue my search but feel that it's important to recognize Eric and his associates for their outstanding efforts. Thanks again guys!

Dishonest, would never use again. Ordered a motor, was told by Justin it had 71k, was running and tested. Arrived at my shop, ran a Carfax on it. Had at least 128,5xx miles on it and was not recently run and needs to be rebuilt. Due to it being a hard motor to get, I asked for a partial refund because it needs to be rebuilt. They would not refund anything. Nothing worse than a liar. I tried to negotiate the price lower since it was basically a block that needed to be rebuilt. They would not. Attached are the photos of it when my mechanic took it apart to rebuild.
