Helpful friendly staff. This is my go to spot for automotive needs! The store has been remodeled little brighter. The stock seems more plentiful. So far they haven’t let me down with full filling my needs! Easy in and out. Parking area not bad to get into or out of.

After breaking down on our roadtrip and calling multiple automotive stores we called the closest NAPA. We were cooked. Fortunately for us Vinny picked up the phone and did everything in his power to help us with our impossible to solve predicament. Vinny is friendly, helpful, courageous, and handsome. Vinny thank you for all the help, we made it to our destination safely.

Confusing store. Staff always looks too busy to assist customers with questions. Had to wait 35 minutes to get someone to tell me where to get screws for my vehicles license plate

We went in for an odd tool. The clerk helped us personally as he wasn't quite sure what we were looking for. When he realized what it was he said they didn't have one in the store... But had one brought over from their warehouse by that afternoon. On a weekend to boot. You might pay a little more at a place like this then you would at like AutoZone, but at least you're getting somebody who's knowledgeable and helpful, and you know that they're going to have or be able to get what you need. The guys at AutoZone are useless. And make zero effort.

How to drive 15 minutes to get there, and they gave me a ball joint that bolts in. But on this particular car the ball joints are part of the whole control arm! Ugh ? just inconvenient I just had to take your ball joint back and get my money. But the place and the people are usually really good. Mistakes will happen as long as they make it right!

I love Napa because they have quick delivery and if your part is not there they can order it from the warehouse in the morning and it can be there by 3:30 in the afternoon pronto . I purchased some parts in July for my '96 Nissan Altima and I wind up not using them it was over $100 in parts I had no problem in getting a refund the parts were not used it was still in the box wrapped the way they came I sent them back without my receipt he scanned them he saw I purchased them on that day boom boom it might be fun $120 there you go I just have to wait until Monday but that's no problem it was there Also that the staff is very helpful in helping you with your parts need for your car I even found out that a car has a birth date and they showed me where to look for it amazing I didn't have no idea who knew they knew go NAPA Auto parts

Quick, friendly service. Dave listened to my concerns and did his (beyond typical) best to see that I got what I needed. Had to order some out-of-stock parts and it was quick and easy. Definately the place to go. I'll be getting all my car parts from there from now on.

I always appreciate the service I receive it this location. When seeing so many small businesses close up and everyone becoming so reliant upon the internet this is one of the brick and mortar stores I like to patronize so to help keep it open. They're always helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with

Best service! If trouble finding it? Napa will find it for you. Usually overnight, or same day. Great bunch of knowledgeable automotive, and paint guy's! Best service, and products in the industry!!

We have an account there, so I use them for work. I told them I would be picking up the parts, but when I got there 15 minutes later, they said they sent the parts out. They had more of the same parts there, but they said the delivery driver left the parts at the shop. I got there as he was leaving with the parts in his truck. Communication is not that difficult. Some of the employees wear masks, but the manager constantly wears his under his chin. Why even bother at that point? I have had some interactions that have gone better with them, which is why I gave 2 stars. Sadly, you never know what kind of encounter you are going to have.

Had a last minute car emergency and needed a part, we rushed to the store as they approached closing and they put the part aside and allowed us to still grab it even as they were locked up. We really appreciated them taking the extra time to allow us to come pick this up so we could get our car back on the road. Friendly, helpful, and flexible. Thank you!

Tried to purchase a battery. After girl slammed mouse on counter, still could not get paperwork to print. Manager? Wanted to just run translation again I said no it already charged my credit card. after showing proof my card was charged. As he walked away from me stating take it up with my bank. After I called NAPA customer Service I get many calls back from Bill insuring me he was on it. nothing changed, so I had to handled it with my bank.

Great service! I was looking for a paint match to my hellcat rims. The dealer couldn’t find one and I had no luck searching online forums. Darren matched and mixed a bottle, I was out the door in 30 minutes...

Oh my God, can these people be any slower? I stood in line for 10 minutes, just to have the guy behind the counter take a phone call from another customer. He kept me waiting for another five minutes, while the person behind me is now being waited on by the other guy at the counter. Why does someone on the phone have priority over someone actually in the store? Won't be back. There's too many other places to shop rather than being treated like they can live without my business. These guys have no idea what customer service is. They all act like they'd rather be eaten by piranhas than work for NAPA.

The only place I go to so yes I am here all the time. Great customer service and I believe it is $5 off $100 if I am right. But either way when that time comes I get excited. Thanks so much

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. I came in with left over paint from having my car painted and they were able to load it into spray cans for me.

Dave at the Claymont Store is absolute best, he is a true Gentleman and handles the customer's with professionalism..Just giving credit where credit is do The do run some sales from time to time here too! Prices are menz a menz so to speak but i try to buy off them as much as i can as i have other parts jobbers i deal with! KEEP UP GOOD WORK DAVID...

One of the worst customer experiences I have encountered recently. I went into the store to purchase several hose clamps. Counter customers apparently do not rate immediate attention, but are left to wait. There were 3 persons in the front at the time I walked into the store. Not once did I hear someone ask "Have you been helped?" or " I need a person up front at the counter for a customer". FInally, after waiting about 5 min with these 3 people wandering back and forth (one with a headset), talking back and forth to each other and still no one asking if needed help. I had to state that If there was no one who could wait on customer, I would take my business elsewhere. Finally, the person with the head set answered. I was out of the store in less then 5 min after that. THis has to be most arrogant group of persons who work in NAPA store I have ever encountered and I have been a NAPA customer for > 10 years. Needless to say, I won't be going back to that store.
