They caused an estimated $6k in damages to a vehicle parked next to the one they were towing in my driveway. Claim was filed. Their customer service is horrible. They don’t return phone calls or call back when they say they will. Excuses for everything. Getting my plates back has been a nightmare, and I still haven’t gotten them, even though they told me they overnighted them. He agreed to that because he realized he messed up by not calling me back later that day to tell me the plates were ready for pick up. Lied about when he sent them out. All around unprofessional and incompetent.
Horrible company of thieves. I paid them to repo a car for me and make a new key for me. They only accept checks. They never let us know when they received payment and vehicle was ready for release. INSTEAD they charged me $800 in storage fees once we followed up to see if they received the first payment. THEY ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS if you’re not local. So we mailed another check out. Then they started playing little games and tricks to not let me driver pick up the car and bring it back to Florida causing one driver to leave without the car costing me more time and money. Then they tried the same thing with another driver. $2,000+ later I have the car back in my possession. Complete scammers.
Called for daughter because they were closed for personal reasons, then wouldn't answer phone, no vm, but had told her it was appointment only, so it took 3 additional days PLUS weekend to get her car, AFTER she paid it, the same day it was taken, along with carseat & other necessities.
Not only did they steal all my tools and personal belongings, took my license plate off and lost it.
Now im taking them to small claims.
