I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking to work with her!

Bought my very first car from central and they made the process very quick/smooth. Brandon helped me out and it didn’t feel like I was even talking to a salesman, very genuine guy and a great group of people in the building overall. Very impressed and happy with my time spent there!

After a year and a half I figured I would write a review. This dealership made good with me in ways most would not, as I purchased a used car, problems come with the territory as you know, esp when you purchase and Alfa Romeo from a Mazda dealership lol. David, a young salesman with very little experience who no longer works here helped me. After making the purchase, aside of brakes and a sunroof issue they fixed no questions we went back an forth over a battery, Alpha is a tricky car, smallest drain and things don't work. Tested it several times an insisted it was fine. Bought a new battery from the Alfa dealer and proved it was in fact the battery and Central reimbursed me for it!! I just paid the car off this week and will be heading back to see what's next!

I can’t say enough nice things about sales associate Brandon. Our car buying experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish we knew we could trust him. He was upfront and honest. The finance manager was so kind and quick. We will be back to get my husband a car and will definitely be using Brandon! Thank you again central for making this such an amazing experience!!

Quick, professional, friendly, no pressure, and a good deal. I was nervous going to a dealership for the first time but the employees walked me through the process and put zero pressure on me to buy. The trade in process was seamless and I walked out with a new car within a couple hours.

This dealership is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They are not trustworthy, honest nor accountable. Save your sanity and your money and go elsewhere. Go to Flood Mazda instead - excellent service, honest and they care about the customer.

Devin (Salesman) and Sam (Sales Manager) are class acts. No pressure and 100% effort to help you get into a new car. With these guys there is no need to have a wall up during the process, be upfront with them and know they will do anything they can to get you the best possible deal.

I visited central auto group on Saturday August 24. I had the intent to just look at a car I seen online. I encountered a salesman named Brandon Stevenson. He assisted me the entire time. He was pleasant, very relatable, and helped through the whole process. I went through the process of buying a car which we all know can be stressful and long. I had my children with me, he made them feel comfortable, gave them any snacks and drinks, he made sure at anytime they needed anything he was there to assist. I can’t recommend Brandon enough! As well as all the other employees in the dealership who were all friendly. I would 100% return here again to purchase my next vehicle!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Central Auto Group and had the most amazing experience doing so. Walking into a dealership alone as a single woman with little knowledge about cars I felt both nervous and slightly intimidated. I anticipated having to deal with a pushy car salesman that would use my lack of knowledge to try and persuade me into purchasing a car that wasnt right for me to gain a profit for themselves, but much to my surprise the experience I had dealing with Brandon Stevenson was the complete opposite of that. From the minute I stepped foot on the lot to the minute I drove off in my newly purchased car, Brandon was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I really took my time looking at and test driving several vehicles. Brandon listened to my desires and helped me pick out the best car for myself, walking me through every step. He also took the time to educate me on the different options and features of each one leaving me feeling confident in my final choice. The amazing service he provided didnt end when I signed the paperwork either. On the day I picked it up to take it home he made sure to fully explain all of cars options making sure to leave no questions unanswered. Never once did I feel pressured. He took the stress out of the whole experience! I would highly highly recommend anyone to go see Brandon if you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. He gets five stars in all categories!

Daniel was extremely helpful. He explained everything without trying to oversell anything. The service was all inclusive and start to finish. I was helping my mother buy this car and he took amazing care of her. Great service and great experience!

My elderly father was looking to purchase a Toyota tundra as he works hard and his previous car in shambles. He made an appointment with them 2 days prior and they agreed to meet this Friday. My father was willing to drive the 2hrs out to purchase the car when he was 3 minutes away they told him the car was no longer available via text as I guess they felt a call prior would just be too much on their end. This place is not only unprofessional but they don’t care about the elderly as they just want people to waste gas in an effort to go to their shady establishment. Don’t recommend at all

DON'T EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM CENTRAL AUTO!!!! If there were ZERO stars, that's what I would give this sham of a company. My son bought his very first car from them and has had nothing but trouble. He has only had it a month and a half and he's had the check engine light on twice, this time it's because there's coolant leaking onto cylinder 2 and they tried to fix it by putting head gasket sealant in the cooler area. They've kept his vehicle for 4 days and did absolutely nothing with it!!! The mechanic was actually arguing with me!! So, I took it to my mechanic and now that I know the REAL issue, I WILL BE REPORTING THEM to DMV. You will regret it. They've totally taken advantage of my son. I was hoping to hear from the owner today to see if this can be worked out, but I guess he's too busy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHAM OF A DEALERSHIP!!

My husband and I were looking to buy a manual transmission car to replace his 1999 Toyota Camry. Neyshka emailed us the cars on the lot that met our requirements, and we made an appointment to see a beautiful Hyundai. We were greeted right when we walked in the door, and noticed that the car was already started and warmed up for us. Stephanie, who was so kind, worked with us through the whole process of buying the car. She was so pleasant to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. John was honest with us regarding financing and prices, which was appreciated. My husband and I had a strict budget we needed to stick to, and the sales manager, Peter, made the numbers work for us even though it required a lot of time and effort. Our whole experience with them was nearly stress free (as stress free as buying a new car can be). We wouldn't hesitate to go back to them or recommend them.

Left satisfied with my deal. Never done that before. Daniel was a superstar, as always. Its nice to see Peter in a new role, and the finance guy, (I can not remember his name), was so great. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Great experience!

I have never bought my own car before so going in by myself was very nerve wracking. However, all of the staff there were welcoming and friendly. At first you think, "Well they're supposed to be friendly and welcoming, they're trying to get you to buy something." And of course you'd be right. The one thing that stands out with them is that they are honest. They didn't push me to buy anything and didn't pressure my hand in paying more than what I could pay for. They answered my questions honestly and to the best of their abilities and provided me with a lot of information that was neither overwhelming or false. I genuinely had a good time learning and meeting everyone. Evan, who was my sales guy, was super honest and helped me tremendously without being too overbearing. Chris, the finance guy, was super knowledgeable as well and helped me figure out the perfect payment method even with my circumstances. I don't have much experience with dealerships in general but I will say I will be going back to Central Auto Group when I need another car.

I had Joe Lewis a salesmen take care of me. I had the best experience of my life. Very professional and honest. My visit far surpassed any expectations. I have been to many dealerships but visiting Plainfield was the best decision I ever made. His professionalism is one of a kind. I will definitely tell my family and friends to go to this salesman/dealership if they want to experience the best adventure in life.

Best experience buying a vehicle. I was dreading car shopping because I’ve always experienced that pushy salesman that doesn’t hear what you actually want. This was the complete opposite of what my wife and I experienced at Central Auto Group. Our salesman Evan was extremely helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us options based on what we wanted. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or hassled. He got us exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. I would definitely buy here again. If your looking for a vehicle go see Evan and Peter down at Central Auto Group in Plainfield.

I’ve always heard horror stories from people who have bought cars from dealerships all over saying it’s such a hassle. Well I’m very glad to say that I did not have any experience like that at Central auto. Michelle was very helpful and kind, she answered all of my questions. I had a quick in and out experience there. I have nothing but GOOD feedback about Michelle and Central Auto I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. Overall great service! Thank you again!!

Second experience at Central Mazda and they’ve done great for me both times. Evan W was my sales guy and was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and the kind of financing i was expecting. He was upfront and honest every step of the way and i will definitely be back for my next car.

Andie was an excellent specialist who greeted us at the door first thing in the morning and guided me through a stress free car buying experience. Jim, the sales manager, was attentive and inspired confidence. Also, special thanks are definitely called for with Peter in financing. He took the extra time to find me a warranty I was comfortable with which really adds to my peace of mind. The whole day has been low pressure and smooth as butter. Highly recommend this establishment.

Andrea was wonderful to work with. After contacting the dealership to schedule a test drive, Andrea was great about reaching out when our desired car was on the lot. On the day of our purchase, our test drive went great. Andrea was knowledgeable about the car and anything that was not known, the others were quick to jump in with responses. Our only downside experience was a long wait time to get financing setup and finalize the order. But that is to be expected on a busy day with shortened staff. Overall a great expeirence and will look at Central Auto Group again in the future.
