paul's super friendly, thorough, honest, and helpful. i went in with my eyes on an awesome 2010 subaru forester and a credit score that gave me little hope, but thanks to paul's help, i'm now driving that subaru around! at the time that i got mine, my family also ended up getting two other vehicles through him. all three are a charm. if i could give jp's auto a higher rating, i absolutely would!

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. 2011 Toyota Sienna. Paul was fantastic to deal with and was always great to communicate with throughout the buying process. We live in a different state and had to have our own mechanic do the state vehicle inspection. They complimented the quality of the car itself and the work performed on it by Paul before we purchased it. Overall a great used car purchasing experience. Would do business again with him and recommend to others.

I purchased a vehicle here about a year ago for my kids. A lower mileage Subaru. It’s a used car sold in as is condition. I asked for the weak brakes to be replaced and upon pick up was told that they were. After a couple months- presumably break-in time- they were still struggling. I brought the vehicle to my mechanic only to learn that only the front brakes were replaced and that rear calipers and pads were at 2mm. For what they charged for an 11 year old car with lots of small issues and the half truth that brakes were replaced I DO NOT recommend JPs. It’s a turn and burn operation with pleasant service. Just know what you’re in for.

Great place, Paul is great. I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback a couple weeks ago, noticed the battery was old and he put a brand new one in for free even though he had no obligation to do so. Very appreciated during the holiday season. Also very easy to get a hold of if there’s any issues. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Bought a Camaro from JPS auto last week. Only moved here from Australia quite recently and Paul made sure he covered all bases when it came to getting my registration done properly, noting that I had a more complex case. Car is running great so far, loving it!

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Prior to purchase I observed an oil leak under the vehicle. I was assured that this was a transmission leak from a faulty gasket and would be fixed. I purchased the vehicle after it was “fixed” and was guaranteed to not have any further issues. The owner refused to sign any paperwork or provide any warranty for this specific issue or any others. Since purchase the leak has returned and was properly fixed by myself as the oil cooler was leaking. This is a common issue with this vehicle and easily identifiable with minor research. I have also made numerous other repairs on this vehicle. Owner frequently mentioned he is trustworthy due to his excellent Google reviews and a warranty would not be provided. Very disappointed in this transaction overall.

Bought a '09 Subaru outback, had a snag at first, but Paul went absolutely bent over backwards to make things perfect. Great ride and really good on gas!! JP auto is highly recommended 👌

It is true Paul is not pushy and very patient as a another car buyer mentions in his post. The previous two used car places I visited before JPs were VERY pushy and the car selection truly not the quality of cars that you will find here. I must also write that if you see a car you like, be sure to visit Paul and check it out as quick as possible. Cars that were of interest to me would sell before a second glance when I started my looking here.

I am an International student living in Massachusetts with my family. I was looking for a SUV with AWD feature which has not high mileage and Price is below 6K. Guess what, while surfing in the Car-fax I found this seller and rest is a fantastic journey for me. Paul and his wife are two wonderful people I have met in USA I believe while purchasing my car. Of course he has to make profit but he was totally honest in every interaction that I had with him. That is why from MA I went there to purchase my car taking all the travel pain. I absolutely loved the car which I bought from him - simple, no mechanical problem till today, AC is working, clean, not high in mileage and price was great. What else you want from a car which has 135K+ mileage. Next time if I buy a car I will definitely call him because I know he will be totally honest in every piece of his words. This past summer my husband and I spent endless hours searching for a used first car for my daughter that was in good condition and reasonably priced. We even drove to out of state dealerships and wasted countless hours, when all we needed to do was visit Paul over at JP’s automotive in Plainfield. Our experience with Paul was amazing. I recently purchased a 06 Jeep liberty at JP’s automotive,I’ve had it for a few weeks now and can’t complain about anything as it runs perfect and priced very reasonable and he answered every question I had and can bring it there for oil changes etc..Very Nice experience buying the vehicle! So far, so great. We visited JP Automotive today and put a deposit down for a car for our daughter. Paul has been prompt and courteous with all communications. We test drove the vehicle and everything was as was described on line. Paul has answered all our questions. So far it’s been great for our daughter to see and have a nice experience buying her first car.

Went to JP automotive. My BMW had a leak. No one in the surrounding area wanted to check it for me but JP automotive the owner itself took his time help me. Found the problem for me and recommend what I should do. He’s awesome guy, but I always bring my cars there. Good person to do business with.

Recently purchased a used car from JP's Auto. I am very pleased with the service that Paul and Lara provided. No need to haggle over prices here, the prices are excellent and the cars are well equipped. Great communication throughout the deal. Paul addressed any concerns I had and got me into a great ride, also handled the vehicle registration which was a huge convenience. And they offer automotive services for any future preventative maintenance my car may need. Nice experience from start to finish. Check them out if you need a car, you won't be disappointed.

Called the dealer to ask about payment and other details about the car and rather than answering me; decided to secure my phone number and name and completely ignore my questions. I said, “ Well this isn’t off to a good start if you won’t answer questions about this car not sure I am interested enough to give you my details and said no longer interested.” He proceeded to call me immediately after from a new phone number and I answered as I am car hunting. Once I recognized his voice I told him I don’t recall giving you permission to call me, he said I don’t need permission and I don’t want to sell you the car” and hung up on me. Why did he call then? To harass a woman?
