I love Bautista!!! My car was stuck in the mud at my friends house in her yard. I have AAA and they refused to come since it wasnt on pavement. Another company quoted me $420 to move it 20 feet. Bautista charged me $75, didnt make me wait too long, and was very nice. So so grateful
This company is amazing! After waiting on the side of the highway for a tow truck that never showed through my insurance company for over 4 hours we called this company and they were there to tow our vehicle with in 20 minutes of making the call. Kept in contact the entire time until vehicle was dropped at dealership for work. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a tow in the area!
Best towing company I've ever used. Showed up very quickly and gave me an immediate quote over the phone. Prices can't be beat, I expected to spend 50-100 more than I was charged. Will definitely be using Battista's next time I need a tow. The wheel dolleys they use were a huge advantage, my parking brake had locked so rolling the car was not an option.
Just before 5 pm on a Friday probably the worst time for a breakdown but He was right there when he said he would be and took care of it for us...will definitely recommend
Outstanding company, customer service was incredible. Tow guys picked my broke down Mazda in Pomfret and drove it and myself back to my home in Vernon. Honestly appreciate this business, will recommend it to everyone. Gotta love small mom and pop business, support local. Thanks again guys.
