engaged in a personal interaction with the owners concerning a potential consignment of two paintings. Despite not fitting their style, I found his behavior to be unprofessional, exhibiting rudeness and disrespect beyond what was necessary. A polite decline would have been sufficient. Instead, he chose to belittle. I formed the opinion that he is a shallow and insecure owner. I would not waste my time on a potential purchase, especially considering my intention to make a purchase during that visit. I recommend being more mindful of one's audience in the future.
What a beautiful shop with many unique treasures. The owner clearly has an artistic eye and it was so enjoyable to explore the lovely shop. I look forward to visiting every time that I am in the area!
A very nice antique store. There were so many things I’d like to buy. From furniture, to clothing, to art, and decorative things. Such a nice place. I’d also like to add that the store seemed to go on, FOREVER!! Another room would appear with every corner taken. Such a fun place!
Can’t wait to come back in a month to do that very thing!! Be sure to visit, heck, make a day trip out of it, as there are some cute restaurants, water views, beaches, and other things to do near by too.
Is this place ever even open? Inconsistent hours. How can they be so hypocritical and outspoken about a local business expanding when they are never even open!
I never give a single star but this behavior is deserving. After being a long time customer, I contacted Treasures to consign furniture and they never responded after sending the photos they requested. If they weren't interested they could at least be courteous and reply, very disappointing but not surprising after talking to others in our community.
Like a fancy Homegoods. I did not purchase anything, but saw some really beautiful pieces. I thought the prices were not bad & the staff was very friendly. I was greeted twice while browsing and was told if I needed any assistance just give a whistle!
Bought an expensive item, nice to look at. However, I later found out it was a reproduction . My bad for not investigating more carefully. Their bad for overcharging for an item they had to know was not worth the price. Buyer beware.
Their items were lovely but I was frankly a little turned off by the unfriendliness I experienced yesterday. Not one of the workers greeted me, and I went into a few of their showrooms. Perhaps it was just that particular day, but I probably won’t return, as a result.
It is a nice store but nothing really special.
Prices are decent. Must look carefully as the old , new and reproductions are all mixed in. No one greeted us or ask if they could be of assistance. The assistance part may not be their thing since the store is set up for browsing but did not leave a good impression. My opinion.
I love, love, love this consignment store! It is clean and bright with ever changing inventory. I don't think I've ever gone home empty handed. The owners are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!
