They take on too much work. They have hired a bunch of foreigners. Their quality of work has gone down greatly. One of their head techs left and it's been downhill ever since. Loyalty to this shop earns you a 2-month wait. They broke my shifter bracket, stripped out bolts on my transmission and blew out my shifter. Their weld was very poor on my exhuast, it was totally cold with no penetration. When they were fixing my shifter one of their bonehead techs got grease on my mint cloth seats! They used to be good, with a fast turn around. Not anymore. 2 months for a clutch and brakelines... when I finally went to pick it up I had to point out to them that my shifter was broken. I can tell they spilled brake fluid all over my new lines becuase my new lines are already corroding less than a year later when. My previous brake line job that was done at Allpro about 4 years ago on an extremely similar vehicle still looks brand new. This is the difference in work. This is when they still had that good head technician. My last service there was a joke. Jeff and Dave need to fix their establishment. I have been a customer of Allpro for over 12 years with 4 different vehicles and will NEVER go back.
THE most honest, knowledgeable, and nicest auto mechanics I have ever had. Jeff has always been so real and upfront with his me. I always feel like my car has been thoroughly checked out and treated for any genuine problems. These guys are genuine and they actually care a lot about their customers. It shows in their attitude and actions. Amazing auto shop. It truly is the best I have ever used for car services. No contest! :-)
I came in with a flat tire and NEVER expected such prompt, courteous and professional service! I was contacted by a technician within a couple hours with an explanation of the issue and what was done to correct it. I have never experienced such incredible and outstanding customer service, ever! I am forever impressed and will be a loyal client. I cannot thank them enough.
Just had my emissions done here. Fast, courteous service. Have been here before for a diagnostic. They were super helpful, even though it was last minute on a busy Saturday. The manager took the time to try to help me anyway, even though they couldn’t work on my car til Monday at the earliest. Super nice of him!
The service at All Pro has been top notch every time i stop in weather getting gas, needing emissions or major engine work. Jeff, Dave and thier team are on top of thier game! They genuinely care about thier customers.
Also, I will add technicians James and Will are as charming as they are handsome!😉
Excellent family run business. Exceptional communication and very friendly staff. Skilled technicians who do things THE RIGHT WAY. You can't get service like this at the large chain shops. Very impressed. Places like this are becoming difficult to find. Let's keep them busy and successful as they deserve!
Grandson car broke down had it towed to All Pro fixed the next morning! Did a great job for a reasonable price. This is the second time first time was a flat tire got it down there fixed same morning & made to work!!

I had my truck battery die today. Kevin who handles Emissions, tows and field work used a portable jump starter and in the rain he got me going. And at AllPro Jeff, Dave, Mark and one other mechanic (I didn’t get his name) skinny dude, sleeve tattoo, glasses I think, did a quick swap and I was on my way. Always great service from these guys.
Dave is amazing! They offer full services and are priced very fairly in the mechanic market. They are well staffed. I definitely recommend calling and scheduling an appointment, as they tend to book up roughly a week out sometimes... it's because they are good at what they do. Highly recommend. They cleared a cross threaded lug nut on my car, which cleared up so much vibration, which was originally misdiagnosed by a different shop. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up after themselves. Can't even tell that a mechanic had greasy hands on the car anywhere. Top notch!
They will be my go-to now in Old Lyme.

Jeff is the man! He was working the phone lines; directing his crew; and giving every customer the attention they needed. His direct and calm demeanor in the chaos was something to marvel at! I have not been in a more welcoming and proper auto shop since I was working in one as a kid.

Amazing service. Fast, honest estimates. One stop service for all types of cars. Very hard to find this type of honest auto repair. Highly recommend them. I worked with Jeff Dave and All Pro for many years and the quality is consistently 6 stars. I also purchase all the tires at All Pro and repair John Deere Mower tires, trailers tires. They offer full service on gas refillng and propane replacements.
So happy with Jeff and the team's help. Our engine blew the morning we were due to head back home (Canada). Easter Saturday no less. By the following Thursday afternoon Jeff and his team had our vehicle ready to go ... just amazing. So grateful for their help. Highly recommend this shop and the people. :)

Friendly, courteous and professional! The only "con" that I would say is scheduling. I've waited up to 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, with a scheduled appointment. And we've dropped off our vehicles first thing in the morning for a three hour or less repair and more often then not, they aren't ready by end of day. That being said, they are still the best around!
Fair and Excellent service! Me and and boyfriend were on our way to an out of state camping trip when our tire blew out on the side of the highway. We rolled into All Pro with our spare on and less than 30 minutes later we’re back on the road with a used tire that allowed us to continue our journey. Spoke with Jeff and he assured us he would have us taken care of and the tech Jerrik was speedy and friendly, even stopped to give our pup some biscuits! I highly recommend All Pro Automotive!
You can trust them 100% they won’t rip you off or charge you extra money. Fast and humble service. They were very honest and respectful. I called them over the phone and by the time I reached there despite they had bunch of customers they still had my tire ready. I’m complete stranger to this town and couple locals helped me big time changing the step tire a night before, they went out of their way to help me. I’m very grateful to the people of this town and all pro tire shop. All pro didn’t just fixed my issue but all gave me proper knowledge about the problem and also fixed little things for my safety. Great work, awesome people!
I am fully blown away by the service at All Pro Automotive. Every single step from calling to order tires and schedule an appointment through completing the service on my vehicle has been stress-free and handled with kind, genuine professionalism. While waiting for my car to be worked on, I received multiple updates and I got to watch every person who entered be greeted as a friend that the guys here were excited to see. They clearly have a talent for remembering and recognizing their customer base and prioritize customer relationships and transparency. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Never had a bad experience here. Jeff and his team have helped our family out of many automotive repair jams, even accommodating several emergency service needs. Fair, polite, and always making sure the customer leaves happy and confident in their service. I would go out of my way to make this my #1 repair shop.
Honest and reliable. I've had many services done here. Latest was installing after market running boards on my '17 Ford Explorer. They did a great job, on time and on budget.
Had my 2003 Audi TT serviced today 7/1/2020. Jeff was courteous and understanding. Had my timing belt, belt pulley, belt tensioner, water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, and coolant replaced. Appreciated the work they did and the price for labor. Also helped diagnose an oil leak and confirmed to me that my AC compressor was dead. Very happy that the engine bay was buttoned back up after they were done, I know how cramped these German cars can be. I will be returning for services I don't want to have to do myself. Took it for a 60ish mile cruise right after. Car is now home safe and sound.
