My husband Glenn and I can't say enough good about our experience with Monaco Ford in Niantic. From the sales to finance they were incredible. This is the first time that we had a sales person, Brianna, go out to the truck and explain the dash board. Things sure have changed since we bought our last car. Monaco Ford went out of their way to give us the best experience and we would highly recommend them to all who are interested in obtaining a new or used Ford.

Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Very supportive and helpful managers dealing with the financial issues of a new car purchase. Very responsive to my needs providing a beautiful 2026 within my price range and helping me finance it.

Poor customer service in the service department. Sales is great, service stinks. I have a safety issue going on with my 2021 F 150 and I was told they couldn't squeeze me in. No problem. Whaling City Ford got me in first thing the next morning.

I’m writing to let others know that my recent purchase of a 2023 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Monaco Ford of Niantic was a smooth and professionally well done transaction. Understanding that this was a Honda from a Ford dealership made it all the more notable. Over the course of a week, I met five of the staff whom all ensured my experience was a positive one. I’ve purchased several cars (new and pre-owned) over my lifetime. This purchase was the best overall. I say this honestly as normally the initial contact and sale are the easy part. I find that the manager and finance team are the difficult parts. In my experience at Monaco Ford all the facets of the sale were smooth and professional. I do understand that car sales are made to keep dealerships in business and yet there still needs to be a focus on the customers needs. For this reason, I commend the Monaco staff for their attention to detail, communication with me and genuine respect and care. I highly recommend this dealership including Brianna, Parker and Daelon (Mark in finance too), whether you looking for new or pre-owned vehicles. Not very helpful. Told me my back windows needs to be replaced for $1100 plus labor, when all that they needed to do was replace four pieces of double sided tape that held the track there initially. Tried to say because they couldn't get it in and we placed glue to hold it closed during a rain storm that it voided our warranty. And tried to tell me its because it is a 2018 truck, but we bought said diesel truck 6 months ago with 2700 miles only (basically new). So no sir.

I did my initial research online and found a vehicle I liked at Monaco in Niantic. The first visit went very well. Justin and Daelon were courteous, respectful and responsive. No high pressure sales techniques. Communication was clear and prompt while we worked out the details of my trade & purchase. When a deal was reached, pick-up was easy to schedule and the car was detailed, filled with gas and ready to go! Jason in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Very satisfied and would feel comfortable recommending Monaco of Niantic to anyone.

Monaco is a name you can trust with two great locations in CT. Great group of folks that are willing to go over any questions you may have whether purchasing a new vehicle or getting service done. Spent time with Mike who helped me look at a 2025 F350 XLT. Mike was a genuine guy and I appreciated his honesty and time spent showing me the ins and outs. Though I did not purchase the vehicle since I felt I needed to get some more use out of my current XL to make the cost worthwile, I would not hesitate from saying to see Monaco Niantic for your next purchase or Ford help.

I bought my 2018 Mustang Eco Boost Convertible from Monaco Ford of Niantic a few months ago. I have to say the whole experience was great. Mike my Salesman was great to deal with as was Daelon the Used Car Manager who helped close the deal with my trade as we were a little far apart but was able to put the Deal together. The Service department was also very helpful. I went back today for something minor and Kim in service got me taken care of. I can't say enough about the entire team.

Both Mike and Brian are incredible. They were patient enough to deal with all my incessant questions on our new f250. I couldn't be happier with the customer service at this dealership.

We brought our vehicle in for service, making the appointment two weeks in advance. We arrived ahead of schedule. The appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m. At 9:45 a.m., the car was still sitting in the lot with no attempt to be serviced. When I went to the service rep, he stated they were very busy today. Do I wish to reschedule the appointment for later in the day or on Friday? That is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, they have lost our business due to a poor service department.

Monaco ford is the best. I dealt with other dealers when purchasing my new vehicle. Monaco went all out to make sure I was satisfied. The staff when I picked up the vehicle were amazing. The technician went over everything and took care of linking my phone and the Ford app to the vehicle. Very happy with them.

Had a great car buying experience for the Ford Maverick. Fast response when I inquired about availability from the Product Specialist Jacob Coverdale. Nice the dealership had many options to choose from so I could find the truck I wanted online. Jason took plenty of time when I came to pick up my truck to go over the features before we drove off with the truck. Finance Manger Jason Knapp was very helpful to explain warranty and additional options.

I had an easy, quick transition, and buy for my new (used) SUV. Even though I researched which SUV I wanted from Monaco Ford, Jacob was a great help and was very personable and understood my wants and needs. Every question I asked he was able to answer or ask a colleague nearby. James (Jay) the business manager was also very personable and the application process was super easy and he even took the time to give my husband who is in the military a little souvenir. Lastly, Ken was a great help and answered all my questions and concerns. I unfortunately had to bring it to service for a few little things that needed to be fixed but they were able to order the parts - I dealt with who I believe was Juan and he was very knowledgeable. The only down fall to this was the service department and the cleanliness of my new car when I received it - when ordering the parts they ordered the incorrect one at first and then they ordered the correct ones which I then had to call to see if they were in because I never received a call back to let me know. They also told me that my service would only take a half hour but ended up taking two and a half hours, they didn’t have any loaners for me so they offered to drive me home and they would deliver my car to my address. I had someone pick me up but the delivery service was easy and convenient. The service itself for my SUV was good. As for the cleanliness of the SUV when I received it, it was terrible… I’m pregnant and I had to vacuum and wipe it down because it was not clean at all. There was coffee that was stuck in buttons that I had to maneuver out so that all my buttons wouldn’t press at the same time and then it seemed like they didn’t vacuum or wipe down anything. Overall I am happy with my purchase regardless of those little bumps in the road. The purchase was probably the fastest any dealership has done and I will definitely continue going here. Thank you!

I came to Monaco Ford Niantic in a bind, where a car I had for years was out of commission, and an older replacement car from a family member had died too. They took my preferences into consideration and suggested an even better model than the one that I had originally noticed on Carfax for the right price. I was taken care of by Pasha, who is laid back, caring, and someone who didn’t put any pressure into a test drive. Went to the dealer to test drive with no intention to buy that day. It all changed after the test drive with Pasha. Even after telling him I was not buying that day, he still treated me like family. He wanted to make sure I understood the features and benefits of the vehicle even if I didn’t buy it from him. Pasha is extremely knowledgeable in all Ford vehicles.
