I went there for an oil filter wrench because I misplaced mine. Man on counter took out a similar filter and he showed me only one tool would work. Ten out of ten for service. Will revisit, when Middletown is out of range. Happy
This might sound silly, but I didn't have a Dad growing up. This place gives me a "Dad, I need your advice on car stuff" vibe. Every time I've had to come in, they answer all my questions and are an immense help. I've never felt awkward coming in by myself. They always offer the best deal and even bring out merchandise to my car. Everyone I've interacted with has been courteous and professional.
I will NEVER step in those other autopart places. NAPA will always get my business. Thank you!
Stopped by for brake pads, and a few other things. The guy saved me 4-5 bucks by giving me a $2 packet of grease, when I was about to spend 7 on a tub.
The employees are positive, which I think always makes for a smooth interaction. High morale behind the counter, that sort of thing.
Service was inattentive and had no help when I asked about a truck door handle. Went over to Marks auto who actually helped me and had the number to order the part I needed
Friendly service and they usually have what's needed. If not, they can always order it. Prices are sometimes a bit steep, but other times more reasonable than their competitors.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices are sometimes a little bit higher than some of the discount auto parts stores, but you won't have to deal with some sixteen year old kid who doesn't know a wrench from wrecking bar. The parts are all quality and they really understand cars. You are much less likely to have to return parts here than the other places. I won't go anywhere else.
