Clean store. Good layout. Easy to find the things your looking for. Very helpful staff. I needed a steering wheel cover. They let me put it on my wheel to make sure it fit before I paid, to make sure it fit. Staff has helped me many times to find the correct items that would fit my specific minivan. There is plenty of free parking.

Staff always high. Especially the guy who sits at the last register. Always a attitude. Will never return and i will spread the word .

They have been very helpful in the past with just a couple of times finding they did not have the parts I needed already in stock.

If you know what part you need order it on their website, do in-store pickup. A lot of times it's cheaper than in-store prices. Use discount codes and speed perk coupons. You can also break your order into multiple orders if you max out the discount.

When I went, I couldn’t make a purchase because their computers were down. I think it was a statewide issue. Anyhow, the woman working there was very patient and polite despite the computer issue. I’ll def be back, both because I still need to buy what I went there for, and I enjoy good customer service. Best of luck with the computers!

So I’m a truck driver and my personal vehicles battery kept dieng, so I sent my girlfriend down to get it replaced, figuring they “offer” free battery replacement. Long story short, these guys always have been incompetent. They’re not even real men who can replace a battery. Sad isn’t it? Men who can’t replace a battery? Haha

The staff is always helpful. They take back used oil which is convenient. They also help the community, the schools, and the scouts by allowing summer car washes.

Tahoe was having a hard time starting, figured I needed a new battery. Took a ride to Colchester, CT where they tested the battery, determined I needed a new one and changed it in 30 minutes. Thanks again guys!!!!

Did not seem all that knowledgeable on the obd. And then did not have most of the parts that i needed. Also was not greeted when i walked in an the first employee literally waited entill another employee was available to help me an had the other employee who did not seem trained on the equipment.
