Best auto parts store in CT, great service

So I do love this place, very knowledgeable people and helpful. Only reason I'm giving a lower score is cause 3 separate times I have bought a spray can of paint, different colors and it is defective. They have either refunded or tried to make the situation right everytime

The battery in my Toyota collapsed and I went to Mark’s for another Interstate battery. Scott at the parts counter sold me a replacement and installed it as well. The whole procedure lasted less than 15 minutes including the core return. I couldn’t be happier with Scott and Mark’s United! I highly recommend these people for good prices and excellent service- Thank You!!

Our household goes to Mark's all the time. I love how they decorated for Halloween 👻. Parking can be a little tricky. It's worth the tricky parking for the great service 🎃

Everyone in the store were great! I they were the only one in town that carried the spark plug wires I needed. I had also come in with a very unique situation that puzzled some of them at first but one of the guys chimed in with the perfect tool. Got the job done in seconds. I was so relieved I brought them all donuts. 5⭐

My 2004 toyota corolla is getting old, so sometimes need repair. Recently years, I visited this store for several times. Every man I met were very helpful. They helped to replace headlight bulbs and back bulbs...... Before going to this store, I knew nothing information about that. I really very appreciated the help they provided to me. In the beginning of this new year, I wholeheartedly pray for this store: Prosperity forever !!!

Bought windshield wipers for a Honda Ridgeline. Clerk was kind enough to install them for me Entire transaction including installation of wipers was less than 10 minutes. Will make this store my favorite go to for car parts.

Best pricing around. My wife has a 2015 explorer and it needed a new battery. Called around and they were $40 cheaper than anywhere else. Wow. We arrive and the young gentleman goes out to the vehicle to check for sizing. Wow what a great value. $40 cheaper and no possibility of error. They then offer to put the new one in. I am a loyal customer forever. I love shopping local. Go to Marks and I am certain you will repeat that over again and again. Thanks guys for the above and beyond service with the best in pricing.

Service and prices so much better than Napa. Sometimes half the price especially on quality brake rotors/parts. Ever since using these guys I avoid Napa at all costs.

Good local store with some very nice employees. If they don't have your part in the back they can get it quick (even during this crazy time). I was happy with the prices as well.

I've been going to Mark's United Auto Parts for over 35 years and if they don't have the part you need, they'll get it for you FAST. You know what's awesome about them? THEY'RE RELIABLE and they provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Those "other guys" can't find their way down the aisle, nevermind looking up the right part to begin with, then ask you "does this look right to you?" Everyone is experienced - no stammering when asked for help. No question is foolish - they give sound advice without any attitude of superiority. Their prices for quality parts are better than any of the stuff you buy online and they're open on the weekends when you're actually working on your vehicle. Buy local - this is one of the few non-corporate auto stores left. I have been a customer many times here and will continue.
