Multiple times, we set up a time slot for them to come pick up my car (which I took time away from work for) and each time they: did not show up, did not call and did not text. Absolutely infuriating customer service on both ends. Do not use them nor Wheelzy, garbage companies.

Driver is really professional i think his name is leony but I'm not sure! the car was really hard to be taken for it being behind our house, but he took the car without any difficulties. if he isn't the top best driver of the company, then he is one of the best !! Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and outright rude behavior. Employee I spoke with laughed in my face and treated me like I was a criminal, following me to my car and watching me leave. I am utterly disappointed and heartbroken at this experience. My 2003 Lexus GS300 was in dire need of parts and I was forced to leave in the same condition I came in: broken.
Absolutely the worst experience I've had with this type of experience I was quoted a price then upon arrival they blatantly lied and I wasn't given the quoted price anyone who gets a quote from (wheezy) make sure that you report your experience with them they will pocket money that is me et for the customer
I called on 4/18 and spoke with Cal, who was amazing to speak with. He was informative, and his customer service was great. The driver was scheduled to show up at my place for 7:30 04/19. The driver was early, which was fine, but this is where I was immediately displeased. I watched the driver take a picture of my car, and it was just the full upper body. He did not go under the car and take a pic. He sent the pic to the gentleman at the shop, who told me over the phone that the cad converter is not original, so they'd only give me $300. I asked him how he could possibly know that if the guy never went under the car to take the pic. He told me to ask the driver to show me the supposed pics he took, and they were NOT of my car. I pushed and told the gentleman over the phone that was not my car as I saw him do no such thing. So he told his guy to take pics of under the car and send to him "again." This time, I was offered $400 because he got the actual photos of my car. I don't think being taken advantage of or people trying to act like I'm stupid. If they tried with me, then who else? I took the $400 because I needed the car removed to make space for my replacement, but just beware and watch to make sure the proper photos are being taken before accepting an offer. If you know someone who is car part savy and can tell you the parts are original, then that will save you settling for less. It's unacceptable and shady what they tried to do this morning. The 2 stars vs. 1 are because Cal was great. I'd give him 5 stars if I could.
Called to ask how long till my truck got picked up the gentleman on the phone started getting mad swearing at me and being very rude would not recommend doing any business here
Very easy process, I wanted to get rid of an old van that was no longer running....I called them, gave some info, we scheduled an appointment and they came out on time and picked up the vehicle and paid cash.
The entire process was fast, easy, and painless.

These guys were great. A bit rocky at the beginning (truck issues, i believe), however, they pulled through and paid excellent for my 2000 VW. They literally just drove away with my car a few minutes ago. I will recommend to anyone else I can, thats looking to junk their car for a fair price.
Witnessed a crushed automobile freight truck from this facility on I-84 in Waterbury overloaded with cars poking out the top, uncovered and spreading debris all over the highway. Completely unacceptable.
I contacted Denver Place to sell a junk vehicle that I had sitting in my front yard. They gave me the highest price, paid me cash and picked up my vehicle the same day. The process was very easy and all of the employees treated me very well. The driver who picked up my vehicle confirmed all of my information and was able to provide me with the correct documentation.
