Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and outright rude behavior. Employee I spoke with laughed in my face and treated me like I was a criminal, following me to my car and watching me leave. I am utterly disappointed and heartbroken at this experience. My 2003 Lexus GS300 was in dire need of parts and I was forced to leave in the same condition I came in: broken.

I called on 4/18 and spoke with Cal, who was amazing to speak with. He was informative, and his customer service was great. The driver was scheduled to show up at my place for 7:30 04/19. The driver was early, which was fine, but this is where I was immediately displeased. I watched the driver take a picture of my car, and it was just the full upper body. He did not go under the car and take a pic. He sent the pic to the gentleman at the shop, who told me over the phone that the cad converter is not original, so they'd only give me $300. I asked him how he could possibly know that if the guy never went under the car to take the pic. He told me to ask the driver to show me the supposed pics he took, and they were NOT of my car. I pushed and told the gentleman over the phone that was not my car as I saw him do no such thing. So he told his guy to take pics of under the car and send to him "again." This time, I was offered $400 because he got the actual photos of my car. I don't think being taken advantage of or people trying to act like I'm stupid. If they tried with me, then who else? I took the $400 because I needed the car removed to make space for my replacement, but just beware and watch to make sure the proper photos are being taken before accepting an offer. If you know someone who is car part savy and can tell you the parts are original, then that will save you settling for less. It's unacceptable and shady what they tried to do this morning. The 2 stars vs. 1 are because Cal was great. I'd give him 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with this type of experience I was quoted a price then upon arrival they blatantly lied and I wasn't given the quoted price anyone who gets a quote from (wheezy) make sure that you report your experience with them they will pocket money that is me et for the customer
