This company is extremely unreliable. All day kept telling me they would remove the snow from my driveway. Never showed up and never responded to last text. Shame!
I contacted Robert on a Thursday night to see if he would be available for a last minute dump pick up the following day. He texted me immediately after I contacted him and he came out the following day on complete short notice. He did a great job removing everything that needed to be removed and he kept tight communication with me while he was working. That kind of communication and service is what is known as exceptional.
Robert and his team were amazing with a recent move out and last minute need of his services. They were responsive, personable, and quick. We were moving overseas and had to make a flight right after our final clean out. Robert was willing to go above and beyond by going back to check if our last minute bags that didn't make the initial junk removal were picked up by our garbage service, then removed what had been left behind. Huge weight off my shoulders and well worth the cost! Highly recommend.
Robert and his team were extremely friendly, punctual, professional, and proficient. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend their service to others and hire them again in the future if I need large items removed from my residence again.
I am part of a Connecticut chapter of the pediatric brain cancer foundation called The Cure Starts Now. We were planning a can and bottle drive to raise money for pediatric brain cancer research. I contacted RTM to ask for a price to load the donations and take them to the redemption center. Robert, the owner, responded immediately, and said he would check when he returned to his office. He said he would see what he could do to give us a break because he believed in the cause.
RTM was booked for the day of our event. Robert and his family then made a generous donation to The Cure Starts Now. So, I contacted this business because I wanted to hire them, and when they were unavailable to take the job, they instead donated money for pediatric brain cancer research.
Though we didn’t use RTM’s services, I highly recommend this business. The character and decency of a business owner shows up in the work they do. Thank you, RTM
RTM Junk Removal and Landscaping was my savior in a time of great need. I had a self-storage unit full of junk, and a strict deadline that I had to meet. Rob and his crew at RTM Junk Removal came in and did AMAZING WORK on very short notice. They were also very pleasant people to deal with. I'm so very thankful for RTM Junk Removal & Landscaping.
