If I could give them a 10, I would. From the first phone call, to the Roadside hook up and tow, I knew I had made the right choice. Once back at the shop, they dug in as a team and went above and beyond to remedy by serious problems.
I was from out of state, hours from home, driving a class C motorhome. and they came through like I was a regular steady customer.
Every single employee treated us with a smile and a nod of encouragement.

I recently had my vehicle fixed by Mike's Auto Towing, and I regret my decision. It was a hefty bill to fix my car, but several parts listed on the appraisal to be replaced by the new part were replaced by used parts, most likely from a junk yard. Mike seems like a nice guy, but I guess it's a game of deceit when it comes to money.
Will at Mike’s Towing was super prompt and extremely helpful. He was super kind and professional and was able to solve my problem quickly. Mike’s Towing will definitely be my go-to towing service from now on.

Awful service. After telling me he would come for roadside assistance I called back to ask a question and he then said he would no longer help me. Very unprofessional, I didn’t think customers should have to beg for help from a company
Highly recommend Mike's Towing! My son was in a motorcycle accident and Mike's Towing had to tow the motorcycle to Orange PD for investigation (procedure because he was unconscious at the scene) and when it was released Mike's Towing had to pick it back up from Orange PD. One of the first things that Mike asked was how my son was doing! (He was banged up but home the next day!) . The motorcycle had no damage at all from towing two times and was sitting in his garage bay when I picked it up. They said they would help me load it up onto my trailer and they did it themselves! The pricing was good especially since they have great service and caring employees! Thank you!

Quick and reliable. I locked my car at orange dumpster under rain and phone was inside. First car stopped had helped me call them and they arrived in no time quickly assisted. I had no wallet on me and they accepted through online payment. Thank you!

Mike (the owner) and all of his employees are so caring, helpful and HONEST! They will fix whatever needs done, not plus a hundred other things to up the bill. If they do find something else, they will let you know BEFORE they do it and give you options. I've been going here for a while now and made the mistake of going somewhere else and oh, did I regret it. Had to bring it back here anyway. Mike's is the only place I'll bring my vehicle. They really do go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Had a flat tire on the Wilbur Cross Parkway and Mikes towing arrived promptly and quickly got us towed to a Town Fair Tire. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful in solving our plight. Great guy; highly recommended.
When I had to call them to tow my vehicle, I had asked them to tow me to a place 5 miles away. Instead they had towed me to their garage, which is 7 1/2 miles out of the way. The next day they towed my car to the correct garage which ended up costing me $400.
Amazing bunch of incredible humans ❤🙌! My daughter was in a horrible car accident on the Merritt and totaled her car. Mike's was right there and so very helpful in the middle of all the chaos that night. Their only concern was for my daughter's safety at that moment.
