If I could give Antonio 10 stars I would. I purchased a used car for my teenager and it came with a bad fender bender. He took the time to research the best way for me to fix it within my budget. He did an amazing job. On top of his impeccable work, he treated me with such respect and kindness. I highly recommend him and his team at Heritage for any work you need done. Great business. After noticing that my car had been damaged while parked, Heritage Collision was recommended to me. They were able to fix the damage quickly while I waited. Chris was courteous, kind, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is very nice and professional. My under bumper protector was hang in off and I pulled into Heritage 15 minutes before closing and took my car in for repair. I received back by 10am the following morning. That's service! I know who my go to body shop will be when I need work. Great people!

I had my bumper partially falling off on my Camry and I had called around to a few places to have it checked out with no luck. One place even denied me service because our schedules didn't match up. But this place had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and did it for free. You can't get better service than that.

Stopped into Heritage Collision this week to ask their opinion and obtain estimate on a scrape on my new SUV. Even though a sign on the door stated closing early today, they happily looked at my SUV, 20 min before their early close, and asked when it was convenient for me to drop it off I have used them 2X before and found their work to be of high quality with great customer service. Picked up the SUV today and since it was such a light scrape, no dent, they were able buff it out quickly and didn't charge me. Customer service often not seen today, fortunate to have such a business on the shoreline!

Amazing service! They truly go above and beyond and are so kind. I came in for an estimate on body work and wasn't looking to spend an arm and a leg on an older car, just wanted it to look a bit better. They found a quick work-around on my bumper and didn't even charge me a dime. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I called first thing in the morning on December 26th, as my son's car needed work before going back to school in Schenectady, NY. Not only did the guys take the car right away, but the service was friendly, efficient and meticulously done. I will now be heading to Heritage Collision for our cars' future body work needs. By recommendation of the Jeep dealership in Madison, I reached out to Chris and Antoni at Heritage Collision for a repair to the fiberglass top of my Wrangler. I could not be more satisfied with the work they did--I cannot even tell where the damage used to be. Perfect re-shape and color match. On top of that, everyone at the shop was really friendly and thorough when time came to explain the job, cost and expectations. Highly recommend them if you have work needed on a Jeep's fiberglass top.

A few weeks ago I was involved in a minor accident that resulted in damage to my rear bumper. The owner of a local gas station suggested I bring my car to Heritage in Guilford. I contacted Cheryl at Heritage and I am so happy that I did. Cheryl took time and informed me of 2 important issues. (1) You can insist the adjuster comes to visit you at your home to evaluate the damage. (2) If you don’t rent a car during the duration of your repairs you are entitled to some amount of money per day to reimburse you for the loss of the use of your vehicle. Needless to say – when I called the insurance company they seemed to forget to mention these 2 important items to me. My strongest suggestion is if you are in an accident and need body work on your car – call Heritage FIRST – and speak with Cheryl. You can call the insurance company later. She will coordinate everything for you – and keep you on track. If I could give Heritage 6 stars I would. They are truly a honest, professional company. We are lucky to have them in Guilford!!

A kind person decided to hit my car one day and I had to get it towed. The more known auto body shops were booked out for a month, no insurance partnered shops available at the time …so I went with a local small shop with good reviews that someone had recommended me quickly as they said the town has used Heritage. I asked insurance and Heritage to use OEM parts as my car was a 2023 model and virtually brand new. Both said yes of course, but unfortunately the fender and 6 smaller items were aftermarket. My fault for not looking at the estimate closely and taking peoples word. Not a big deal but would have preferred OEM fender. Once finished, it didn’t look cosmetically the same as before. (Gap between the headlight and bumper and gap between the fender and bumper). I asked if it could be fixed. They said yes. I brought it in. They said it was fixed. I picked up my car, and it looked pretty much exactly the same. Friend confirmed. If they couldn’t fix it, I’d rather they of just said so, as I had figured once it’s done it’s done but that it didn’t hurt to ask. After I picked it up the second time, I started hearing a hum from what I thought was the driver side. Because I was hearing it from the opposite side of the accident, no one was interested in taking another look at it. I ended up taking it to dealership via insurance recommendation. It needed a new wheel bearing, which was actually on the side of the accident. Dealership even said it sounded like it was coming from driver side but that it was probably because I’m only ever sitting in the driver seat. And lastly, they said my wheel alignment was way off and had to fix that as well. Even though on the estimate it said Heritage had done an alignment. One small nitpick, I didn’t like how she wrote my credit card info on a piece of paper. I would have preferred to call back when she was back in the office. Overall an exhausting experience, but everyone at Heritage was extremely nice.

After my car was damaged in an accident, I brought it to Heritage to be fixed. The other driver's insurance company was extremely difficult to work with, but the service I got from Cheryl, at the front desk of Heritage, was amazing! She handled the insurance company, secured a rental car for me (because the insurance company did not do it) all while being very friendly and helpful. They had estimated that the work would take one week, and they were spot on. One week later, my car looked as if nothing happened to it. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs body work. Absolutely the best body shop ive been to In my long career of collisions and can’t say enough good things about their Business ethics, skill and efficiency! They are terrific and I have already referred friends to CHris and Cheryl.

I was involved in an accident in late June, was a freak accident and the other drivers insurance covered the repair cost. I was recommended to them by a the dodge dealership in Madison. The receptionist Cheryl was very sweet and informative. When I arrived to pick up the car, the man at the front who I forget to get the name of was very pleasant and professional. The car from a far looks like nothing ever happened; their are slight imperfections like over spraying. One of the parts which is the front fender had to be an after market part and the body alignment is off, but I can chalk that up to it being an after market part. The paint work on the parts is well done, but again some slight imperfections. But overall I think the team did the best the could at trying to make my mustang look brand new. Of course after an accident it will never be the same but I am mostly satisfied with the repairs and the people are genuine and great with communication.

Hood painted. Jeep is only 1yr old and paint job is still mint. I was expecting the new paint on hood to not be quite as good as factory.... But matches perfectly! Very nice staff and good communications.

Heritage Collision did an amazing job restoring my red car's bumper back to mint condition. I learned the hard way that red paint is extremely difficult to match using paints that are sold online even if the retailer claims to exactly match the color codes on the sticker inside the driver side door. Heritage Collision fit me in on a day when they were already booked because I was moving out of state soon. They even finished the job early. The front desk staff are super nice and reassuring. If you are worried about how your prized car will look after being painted, look no further and bring your car to Heritage Collision.

My pretty new car sustained major damage after I was hit by a suspect in a high speed police chase and Heritage was amazing. Cheryl was a magician with the insurance adjusters and lining up the various stages of the work. Chris and his team made my car look beautiful and perfect again. They are great people who have helped us out again and again with our multiple teen drivers and their fender benders. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. The prices are fair and the quality is top notch. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing auto body work, this is the team to use. I recommend them all the time. My daughter had to have a repair done to her car and found this place on her own. Chris was so polite, respectful and down right charming.
