This place is a scam. Firstly I was told that my pre-approval didn't means anything and once I showed paperwork and cash down then they were more eager to speak with me. I bought a truck, the horn didn't work nor the hazzards, had major electrical issues and eventually I had to spend thousands of dollars to get it fixed by a different mechanic because they wanted to charge me for them selling a lemon. Truck no longer runs and left me stranded 1000 miles away from home. I'm still paying off the loan. Scammer and crooks never do business with these people.
Bought 3 Automobiles from George and Jeff never had problems with anything from Guilford Automotive. Highly suggest if looking for a vehicle call these gentleman

When my vehicle began flashing warning lights and rapidly slowing down, I didn’t realize just how lucky I was to be able to pull in to Guilford Automotive. I had begun to get frustrated with not hearing back from them until I heard the reason why- “Your engine was making some very concerning noises. Rather than even open it up, we did some research. It looks like the engine you have, paired with the trouble code we found, indicates that your entire engine is a recalled part. We think Ford owes you a whole new engine.” They were right. For the cost of a tow, Guilford Automotive helped me get an entire new engine, rather than waste time or money fixing the one I had. Thank you!

I would highly recommend them for fixing your autos at a fair price. Do not bother with dealerships or chain run auto repair shops if you can wait a day or couple days to get your auto, truck, SUV done at very reasonable prices.
I bought my car from them and was very impressed with how easy the process was. They were so honest and easy to work with, unlike other places I went to around the same time.
Everytime I have taken it back for maintenance, I am still blown away by the high quality service. I am constantly recommended them to everyone!

I just bought a truck from here and I must say it was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. No pressure at all right from the start. If only I could post the picture of what they did to my mother in law's suburban ...used a set of vice-grips to hold on a break line and tied the e-break up with a TV cord... Don't ever go here. She could have been seriously injured and so I could have my kids seeing as we were unknowing driving like this when she gave us the truck because she didn't want to put anymore money into it and couldn't figure out what was wrong with the breaks. They don't even deserve one star but it wouldn't let me give them a 0.
