I had a rear signal light, brake light and tail light out. Stopped by in the afternoon. Staff was very nice and willing to help. Turns out that I only needed some bulbs replaced. They had it fixed and had me on my way very quickly and relatively inexpensive. Very thankful for the quick service.
I stopped in to see if someone could check my battery and they replaced the battery while I waited about 10-15minutes. I love Palumbo’s ! Service is always excellent!!

I recently had my first experience with transitioning from dealership service to Palumbo's Automotive for my automotive needs. Though I was hesitant I'm so happy I made the change. Everything went smoothly and beyond my expectations. I found Jerrell and Stacy to be very knowledgeable, so pleasant and easy to work with. A plus is I saved $$$ compared to what dealership.charge would have been. I highly recommend Palumbo's Automotive. Great workmanship, great staff one and all.
I was having issues with my Subaru Impreza and came in for an inspection after an OBD scan for my check engine light. When I first called, I was listened to, respected, and taken seriously as a young woman - compared to some other places I’ve tried. The service staff at the front desk were extremely kind and accommodating.
After an inspection, I had to replace my front cover gasket and O2 sensor. The front desk was helpful in talking me through the process, costs, and reality of the situation. Plus, the report system that they use is easy to use and very helpful as they provide an in-depth report right to your phone in which you can view photos, notes from the mechanic, and approve or deny right from the app. I thought this was easier to use and straightforward.
It ended up costing me a pretty penny, but it needed to be done. I would trust Palumbo’s to do work on my car again and I appreciated their excellent customer service and level of respect they give each of their customers.

I dropped my car off on a holiday weekend fir 4 new tires. The supplier was closed so It would have been days. They drove to New York to pick up the tires and I had my car by the end of the day. Amazing service as always.
I came to Palumbio’s because I see how often they give back to our community. I showed up, without an appointment, on New Year’s Eve. They quickly addressed all of the needs of the car as well as did so in a way that was both supportive and helpful. The car dealership and auto repair experiences are sometimes spaces that can lead people to feel vulnerable, but the entire staff treated me with such kindness that they took that worry right away. Thank you for supporting the community, and me too, when I needed some help. I truly appreciate it.

My husband died during the Covid epidemic. Since his death, I have relied on Palumbo’s to service my car. Before that time my husband would always use the Lexus dealer. I am so thankful that I found an honest and local place that can service my needs. Always dependable and friendly…so important to me.
Palumbos is always a pleasure to work with. I do most of my own mechanical work, and use Palumbos solely for the more difficult jobs and tire mounting/balancing/alignment. They are a preferred installer to tire rack for good reason.

Got a flat very late one afternoon with my 96 year old mother in the car. The hour did not seem to matter, though, because Jerrell looked at the car immediately, diagnosed the problem and told me what was needed (unfortunately, a new tire). He told me that in addition to the leak, the side of the radial had been compromised because I had ridden on it, even if only out of the driveway He was right. I noticed the tire track on my driveway when I got home.
Since the spare underneath my 11 year-old SUV was rusted and never been used, Jerrell needed to work on it before being able to put it on the car...and he did that very well.
Two days later, my tire had been ordered, balanced and put back on the vehicle which is now running as smoothly as if I had never had the flat.
Thank you, Palumbo. You did a great job and I found a reliable, new place to bring my SUV for future repairs or maintenance.

This was my first experience with Palumbo Automotive. I had just lost my mechanic from a different place and was desperate to find someone I could trust. As a single woman taking your car to a garage it can be a very difficult experience. So many places tell you you need your whole engine replaced when you just want the oil changed ?
At Palumbo’s I felt very happy with the service. They made it so comfortable to even wait for the work to be done. Good prices and professional assessment of what your car may need in the future. I felt like I could trust them. I was very happy and will go back.

Excellent service and competency starting with Stacy at the front desk, to the mechanics, and shuttle service if and when needed. One stop shopping, too! Aside from an oil change and filter, I needed front tires due to an alignment issue, and they took care of both. Very happy indeed with the quality of work and service provided.
I made a rash purchase, unseen, of an exotic Saab. Many nerve wracking issues came to light . I was growing concerned that the car might never be roadworthy. I tracked down the acknowledged Saab expert at Palumbo, who happens to drive the same model, who went through the car in great detail producing a written report with pictures. The car is kind of a rusty mess, but he identified remaining critical issues. Most importantly he pinpointed an unusual faulty valve timing solenoid but confirmed that the timing chains were fine. It is a very expensive repair but something I can safely put off. The car is probably doomed for the parts market but I will get the most out of it before then, thanks to Palumbo
We started hearing a noise in our RV and came here to have it checked when we were on our trip. They treated us so good! They got us right in and worked on our RV in their parking lot. Matt went above and beyond and Josh and Nick jumped in to help. Without their help, we may not have been able to get back on the road. I highly recommend this place.
