This is the best auto repair garage I have ever been to. Kevin and his mechanics are honest and friendly. You will never be hurt in the wallet here and I would recommend this business to anyone.

The best garage I have ever been to! They are 100% HONEST! You can seriously TRUST this garage and I guarantee you will be amazed at the service and the cost every time! Never a problem fitting you in, so friendly with amazing customer service! First time I went there I worked down the street and they got me in right away, and then drove me back to work, and even dropped my car off back at my work when they finished (didn’t even have me pay over the phone- just told me to stop by when I got a chance). That time they saved me ~$900. Then I was told my catalytic converter was broken and that’s what the rattling was and I needed all new rear brakes and that’s what the howling was. Turns out it was just my heat shield and dust and mal-aligned brakes- cost me ~$65!!! QUALITY GARAGE, HONEST, great guys! Kevin will take excellent care for you. I moved away but will continue to only use them.
I went to the Garage for the first time a couple of month's ago. Was there to have an oil change and had a list of items suggested on the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. When I picked up the truck, I saw they charged $145. Listed on the invoice was not just the oil change, but a tire rotation and balancing - which I did not ask for. There was nothing listed about the maintenance schedule but the owner told me he had completed all on that list which included replacing cabin and engine air filters. Upon inspection, I saw that those filters were filthy and had not been changed. When I twice called to discuss with the owner, I was told that he was busy and would call me back. He never did.
The work/bill was padded, I was told they complete work that had not been done and were unresponsive when questioned for specifics. If you care about your vehicle and money, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your service.
Folks, these are the BEST, MOST HONEST, WELL PRICED automotive repair garage I have ever seen. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs. And I live 35 minutes away. I drive there and even had my car towed there from home! I have never had suchh great honest reasonably priced repairs in my life. I tell everyone I know about this place. Highly Highly Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend. Not only are they very competitively priced, they are really nice and go above & beyond all the time. Myself, my wife and my mother bring our cars there. The new comfortable seating area is a great touch so now you can even wait for your car.
This place is great to get gas or to fix up your car and do it for a great price that is fair. The staff is wonderful and they don't try to cheat you out of your money like other places.
I took my 2001 Chevy Tahoe to get the front right wheel bearing replaced. They did it within a day and for a good price too. I'm planning to continue taking my vehicle there.
The level of service with Kevin and his mechanics was amazing I went in three days ago to get an estimate on strut replacement for my car. Kevin gave me a nice estimate and to setup an appointment only a few days later I was only there for about an hour which was the repair time he estimated for me. Now my car has a nice smooth ride thank you Kevin. Hope this helps to bring more business your way.
One of our Subarus was inoperable: brakes were gone, a strut was hanging, a/c ceased to work. We were looking in dealer lots to purchase a used car, shocked at the prices, and sick of the sales pitches. We took the car to Kevin at Killingworth Garage and he worked a miracle. This 2006 Subaru with over 300k miles received a strut assembly; a/c was fixed; brake line was repaired; belts, brake fluids, and a catalytic converter were all completed in a day. The car runs better than ever and the cost would have been at least 4x as much had we gone to the dealership (which would have trashed the car and steered us to purchase another). Kevin has also worked on my 2009 Subaru which had a horrid rattling sound that three other mechanics (including two Subaru dealers) could not pinpoint. Kevin found the cause within minutes of a drive and repaired the problem. He saved us a large amount of money and trouble as the 2006 should run another 20-30k. Kevin is friendly, polite, smiling, extremely knowledgeable, informative (explains EVERYTHING), and simply the very best mechanic we've ever had. He's also the best resource we have found since moving to Killingworth two months ago. Thank you, Kevin. I am camping here in Clinton ,about an hour from our home and the wheel bearing on my truck went. Towing a heavy trailer home and getting to my mechanic wasn’t an option...Luckily I found and called killingworth garage about 5 miles from campsite, Kevin the owner was extremely helpful kind and polite, he said no problem to bring it in for him in the morning. Called at 4pm Thursday and was repaired by 11am Friday, great service. I explained the situation and he tried to help as much as possible. The prices are under average for such excellent service, it’s hard to find people you can trust as all know it’s an easy scam business fixing cars..but not Kevin over there he work on my truck almost 4 hrs due to issues he addressed along the way, having to change the axle that was seized. Kevin only charged me what he told me over the phone Thursday night, which was the wheel bearing and hub and 1.5 hrs labor. The auto parts placed dropped off a new axle and I was happy to pay the sales price from the parts company leaving no profit for the repair station, but that’s what Kevin ask of me and that’s why I believe he’s a really fair.. couldn’t say enough good things about this establishment Kevin runs over there but there’s even more. He even offered to drop and pick me up from campsite since I had no other transportation, but I just relaxed there and waited. Then my cell phone died while waiting on repairs and Kevin let me use his cell to call my family to let them know I would be a little longer due to axle problem. 5 stars isn’t enough for them...thanks again Kevin’s and staff for all your help, very satisfied and grateful.
