I bought my car from them and Xavier did such an amazing Job helping me find something that was in my budget and when the car needed work done he was able to help me and provide me with loaner until my car was ready. I recommend coming to them to buy or even get anything your car needs to get done by them.

If I could give zero stars I would I feel as though even one star is definitely too much for this “shop”. I brought my car there after I had an accident with a deer because insurance recommend them to me. It took so long for my car to be “fixed” it was unbelievable. When I went to pick up my car I noticed there were visible issues still so I brought it to another place and they told me they broke brackets on the front bumper frame. After contacting my insurance to let them know that there were still issues and they did not fix my car properly they told me I would have to bring it back when I told them that didn’t seem smart when they did a horrible job the first time. Well I brought it back to them and still when I picked it up the BRACKETS WERE BROKEN! Now my left headlight doesn’t work at all, and ever since this shop touched my car, I’ve had nonstop issues. The owner ordered used parts to put back on my car. Horrible place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all!!
Tom and the mechanics at Faustos are extremely professional and quick. I paid a fair price for the service, and Tom also helped me out with getting used parts where needed to reduce the cost further. If you are looking to get any car service done, without breaking the bank, give Tom a call!
I don’t recommend this place at all because I left my car there for a day so they can fix it one of the workers broke my car key in half and nobody wanted to be responsible for it I guess beucase they didn’t want to pay for it and I had to pay out of my own pocket even though I wasn’t the one who broke it
On the recommendation of a friend, I left my car to have the rear hatch painted, but unfortunately the work looked good during the day, but at night I checked and there were many flaws such as taupe residue on the turn signals, a taupe line where they finished the paint, a bumper protector installed incorrectly, and the bumper was apparently changed, but the color looked very different and with rubber residue on the sensors. A job that, as a customer, I would never do again.
Excellent service. I am very happy with the result considering the damage on my car and they also went the extra mile by doing some touch-ups in my car. ?

I had a huge issue with my burner it ripped off , I went Modzelewskis they said they couldn’t do anything about thins I came to Fausto and they put my number back I with a new light bulb and changed my oil , they also provided water and snacks and a charger thank you so much #first time there.
I love Faustos auto body it's such a great place to take my car. When I was looking for a shop that was reasonable price to fix a major issue on my car, I checked many businesses and they were the most reasonable price. Since that time, I have given all my business to him. He is such an accommodating business owner. I'm so glad I found him. He also provides loaners if you put your car in to fix. I would definitely recommend Fausto's auto body 100%.
Tom restored my Tesla to new condition with a quick turn-around time, while providing top-notch customer service. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody in the surrounding area looking for body work from an honest guy.
This company has amazing customer service and they do great body work. They got my car looking brand new after an accident messed up the whole driver's side, and they got the work done so quickly! They even dropped me off at my rental car place when they found out I was going to Uber over to it. Would use them again without hesitation!
Wanted to give a shout-out to Tom at Fausto’s Auto Body & Repairs. My regular go-to to mechanic for my car did not have the equipment to fix the specific problem I had. Tom went above and beyond to help me with the repair, going out of his way to help me.

I'm always skeptical about going to a new mechanic, but this place has been nothing but incredible to my family and I. Tom has worked on my car time and time again providing the best service I could have hoped for. He kept me informed during the entire process, and only replacing/fixing issues that they can diagnose without an ounce of doubt. The price is beyond reasonable, he provided me his cell so that I can text him night or day about troubles, and has even gives me advice on buying and selling cars. This is a no pressure, customer satisfaction focused mechanic shop. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
Luis was a huge help to us. Gave personable service and made everything really easy and stress-free. He runs a great business and we highly recommend it!
