I love these guys, they are so professional, and they have great senses of humor. I went in today to get a headlight bulb for my manly Rav4. Fernando took care of me, and he is great with customers. What an asset he is. Thanks O'Reillys!

I went in to get a bulb for my other headlight. Rick Tracy came out with me, and then he installed the bulb for me. What a great guy! I think they only hire cool people to work at O'Reilly. That's good!
O'Reilly's is by far my favorite auto parts store in New Milford has some of the best employees as far as knowledgeability and customer service they also seem to normally have the parts that you need in stock or will have them by the next day
I’ve been in O’Reillys now a couple of times and the help has been phenomenal! Each time they take their time to understand what my needs are. Today the manager at the new Milford location Joshua was so helpful, Knowledgeable, kind and patient. He helped me troubleshoot, diagnose and get a couple things replaced on my car, and I am beyond appreciative of that. It’s so amazing to receive customer service. O’Reillys will definitely be my exclusive Auto store from now on

Great experience. Only parts store in new milford that had the part that I needed to get my car back on the road. Even saw them going above and beyond for a customer that was disabled so she didn't have to get out of the car. 5 star service that isn't seen very often anymore.
They had parts and filters that advance, autozone levines and napa didn't have ! Would call up advance in all these other places and then said "You know what? I already know O'reilly's always. has what I need.
Hopefully, they keep up with the big truck, construction stuff
Update: 2/24 all the Levine's guys that used to be the powerhouse are all at O'Reilly's now. This is awesome they know so much
They were very helpful and had the car specific battery terminal that I needed, when other local auto part stores could not help me. I'll come here first from now on. Thank you O'Reilly !
