Had some emergency work done on my car next door and needed replacements for some parts ASAP. The woman I spoke to (I believe her name was Stephanie) was super nice and went above and beyond to process my warranty and even walked over to the mechanic shop to drop off my parts! I’m super appreciative of her time and help. Will be coming back!
There was a loud crash in the short time I was there, then one guy exclaimed "I'm going home." Everyone there looked miserable, although there was one helpful girl. I would probably not come here again ever.
This place is great. The prices are great, the staff is really chill, friendly and knowledgeable. You can even get parts delivered to your home or business through DoorDash which is absolutely fantastic!

I just want to say what a great experience I had at advanced auto in new Milford! Dave went out of his way to help me. As he always does. I had no idea what I needed and he spent the extra time to explain and help me get what I needed! I came back again tonight for a battery and was in and out . Great service! I will definitely be back to see Dave!
My husband has been going to this location for years and won’t go anywhere else. He loves the high level of service from all of the staff there and if something isn’t in stock they get it for him quickly. Barbara is very knowledgeable, friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure he is happy with all of his purchases. Needless to say, with 7 cars, he’s always there and appreciates the high level of service you all provide! (Oscar said he’ll see you soon Barbara!)
I needed a part for my truck and it wasn't easy to find. They worked with me until we found the right part. I also appreciate that I didn't feel rushed as I was looking up information about my truck that they needed.
Had my car battery replaced here. Better price than dealership, and free installation. Prompt and friendly service. Definitely would recommend (unless you like spending more $ at your car's dealership).
I went to advance auto parts in New Milford to buy an oil change for my car. they had exceptional service. the managers Barbara and Scott were helpful. they recommended the right oil and filter and even an air filter.
They stated over the phone that their brakes have a lifetime warranty l, not a limited warranty. My dad has gone there several times to honor that warranty. Now they are saying it’s a limited lifetime warranty. When I bought the brakes, they also neglected to state that it’s a limited lifetime warranty. State the facts before you tell your customers it’s a lifetime warranty. I wouldn’t recommend this deceptive company. Go to Auto Zone!
Relatively average selection for a car parts store. Never had any issue finding parts I needed here. Perhaps a bit lacking in the tool selection; they didn't have any sockets for an impact wrench.
Always a good experience. Staff is very helpful. They even installed my wiperblades in five minutes. How cool is that? It would have taken me all afternoon.
Amazing customer service. I just got a new battery, along with a test and replacement, and Casey was awesome. He took such care while doing it, it was like MY car was HIS car. He took his time to make sure things were done right, and was able to work through some corrosion on the terminals like a pro.
There were a few other little things he explained would be a good idea since I'm swapping out the battery, and I did all of them since it made total sense how he explained it to me. Thanks, Casey!
The selection for parts at the store was also great, and the battery and other parts I needed was in stock.
Sitting here in the parking lot. Ordered a much needed part for pick up on line last night. Store is SUPPOSED to be open at 7:30. Rushed to get here. Guess what? No one is here. Hours posted on the door on a big yellow poster: Mon-Thurs 7:30-9:00

I had gone to every parts house in town looking for a battery for my low-rent convertible and had left them all disappointed. I went to Advance expecting yet another rejection, but I was pleasantly surprised when the beautiful redheaded angel behind the counter not only told me that they had a battery, but that they had a choice of two in stock. I of course asked for the cheapest one they had since the car only cost me a pair of worn out socks and a pack of chewing gum, but I was again denied.
They didn't have the cheap one. No worries though, she gave me the nice battery for the cheapskate price without a moment's hesitation. It's a good thing they didn't have any parts for my 300d in stock, or I would have surely professed my undying love for the lovely lady, promptly embarrassed myself, and had to find another parts house to go to in the future. Thank you guys! Keep up the stellar work!
Usually the best prices in town for auto parts. Use coupons online for greater savings! Counter help seems knowledgeable and are fairly fast. It's the place I go for my parts!
Advance Auto made a mistake and ordering or not ordering parts for me cost me lost time at work and for my troubles they gave me $60 very cheap $60 doesn't cover 4 days pay the people that work there are nice but that doesn't help me when I can't get the parts I needed to fix my truck in order to get to work it's a shame that Advanced Auto shows to be cheap I will never shop there ever again
