You advertise wiper installation with a purchase.
Had 4 people working and only me and one other customer.
Was told they too busy to put the wipers on?
As it was I waited 15 minutes while the person waiting on me couldn’t find the proper wipers?
I left and went to Advanced Auto Parts a quarter mile down the street.
Bought wipers there and they gladly put the wipers on for me.
Don’t advertise if you can’t deliver Napa.
The workers at this store need to learn better customer service. 3rd time I've been here and gotten some snarky remark about something for no reason while purchasing items
The employees are very kind and polite, however, they need more training on the register. I came to the store with my intentions to return my items I paid for online because there’s not an automated system on the website. Both employees didn’t know how to proceed to handle my return. I had the receipt and the items that weren’t opened. They told me that I can’t return in the store and that I would have to contact customer service. I just didn’t like how they wanted to try to figure it out different options for my return.
They left me no choice but to drive all of the way to the NAPA in Bloomfield to process my return. I probably will be back in the future depending what else I need done.
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in there looking for a small part for an exhaust system and their computer said they didn't have it. The gentleman helping me told me to wait a minute and he went in back and found a cross-reference part that worked perfect! I appreciate his extra effort to save me from running around. I got my car repaired and back on the road. Keep up the good work!
Went there looking for a bolt after being brushed off by the Enfield store. They checked the thread and length and LOOKED THRU STOCK. To help me. They gave me a few options that would work. Very helpful.
these people are off. advance auto is right down the street and aren't the kind of people who mask up in a car by themselves.
10/1/2021 update. People are still rude but didn't make me wear a mask so I upgraded to 2 stars.
I do not like this NAPA Auto parts in Windsor locks they discriminate against people they made me wait outside in the 90 degree heat and humidity all because I wasn't wearing a mask
