It is always a frustrating situation when things go wrong after paying for repairs. But it is especially maddening when the owner of the facility does not take accountability. I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism by the owner, and my issues have still not been resolved. He wanted to blame everyone else, including me, for poorly done work. He then had the audacity to suggest that I really needed to have "some trust". Unfortunately he has done nothing to build or maintain trust.

These people are great. They are very thorough and fair and take the time to explain what they found and what it will take to fix it. This is the only place I will let work on my Sprinter van. I've been using Cusson for three years now. My opinion has not changed.

Cusson is the consummate repair facility, they don't cut corners, explaining in detail what your problem is and give you a in-depth read out of your car's diagnosis. You pay for what you get and it's worth every penny. Don and Josh are the men that you want looking out for your automotive needs.

Don at Cusson Automotive is the best he explains everything and lets you know what the issues are and when the repair will be done. The technicians are very thorough and bring up any other issues our vehicles may have. He is Award winning Don Cusson!

This was my first experience with Cusson Automotive. I was very pleased with every step of the process. From the very the beginning when I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up. I was informed of everything that they were going to do prior to work being done and I was given quotes in advance to make sure that the repairs were in line with what I needed. These people are very detail oriented every time I bring my truck for service they check every thing even heater blower unfortunately my blower speed control was acting up they call and ask me if I wanted to fix it.bringing my truck to this place I feet my truck will never breakdown on the road because of this place detail inspection. Dave at Cusson did such a great job taking care of my Audi for my all-but-ordinary tire replacement. I had a lot of difficulties with the supplier, but Dave was beyond helpful when it came to getting me the information I needed for warranty claims with Pirelli. His communication was great and he was very knowledgeable about the issues I was encountering so he could help me make smart decisions. He was very patient and lenient with me as I had other life priorities to work around. Thank you Dave! I would highly recommend Dave and the rest of the team at Cusson, and I plan on going back for future automotive repair needs.

I brought my 2022 Entegra coach from southern MA 2 1/2 hours away for warranty recalls and I wanted it's first service to be done by these people.. This coach was $865,000 so i was particular on choosing the right people to work on it. The work was done within 48 hours of dropping it off. Now this is where you differentiate a Class A shop to the neighborhood corner garage. . On the way home we experienced a Service light on and the Coach was loosing power, upon calling Kyle He directed me right to a Cummins repair facility in Dedham Ma. We had to leave it with them overnight till there lead Tech could look at it. The issue was with a Filter that was Just installed and Like every moving part on any RV, Truck or Car your going to have issues, They don't make a perfect Vehicle !!! Kyle was very attentive staying in touch with the repair facility and Apologizing numerous times for the inconvenience. There was no Issue of well this is not our fault, They stepped right up to the plate, saw that the coach was corrected and we were satisfied. The professionalism, Politeness that Kyle displayed was beyond our expectations. Any Job or part can have a flaw and when it did this company bent over to make it right. The difference between This company and some Corner Garage was the reason I will Highly recommend them to any RV owner looking for Great service and Cares for there clientele . I was referred to Don about 6 years ago. I live an hour away and it’s worth the trip to have proper service done!!! The entire crew are knowledgeable individuals who do the work right the first time! Recently brought my cherished 2015 Tacoma in and being that he’s worked on it in the past it created a relationship between mechanic & vehicle. I was given the best advise and rather than taking on a big job that will cost a bunch of money and just as easily could’ve taken my money… But I was steered in a different direct saving me thousands!! Don and Dan were nothing short of amazing- they took my car in immediately when it stopped driving and walked me through all of the necessary fixes and price before doing the work. I have been bringing my 2007 Sprinter RV here for many years, both for routine maintenance and major repairs. Don, Steve and John are very professional, and they explain the mechanical issues clearly, and the work has always been solid. I like that they are very thorough with their diagnostics, which means they find things that weren't the primary issues that caused the service visit. But, they offer options (like what is critical to do, and what can wait a bit). A bonus: they offer a discount for Veterans, simply out of respect for service. A class act.

Brought our 2004 Ford in for A/C repair, the previous 2 shops I had taken the car to only recharged the system with freon without solving the cause of why there was no freon in the system. We dropped the car off and Don called and told us what the A/C system needed and also asked if any shop ever informed us about a rusted fuel filter and bad rear brakes. I told Don I figured the brakes were coming due as I could hear the squealers when the brakes were applied. Don said he would being doing a complete safety inspection of our car. The end result was the A/C was properly repaired, the rear brakes were repaired and the fuel filter replaced. Don showed us the fuel filter I think if you pushed your finger on it it would have broken very easily. Bottom line is this is a very reputable shop with good people working and running the place. I'm convinced if Don and his Techs did not find that rusted fuel filter we could have had a breakdown or a car fire on our hands. Thank you Don and all the Techs at Cusson Automotive.

Don and his crew are great! They have integrity, do excellent work, and I’ve trusted them for years. I was recently having issues with my old work truck, so I took it in to have it checked out. Don told me it needed a new motor, so I opted to scrap it, and get a new vehicle, given the mileage. Don let me park my old truck in his lot for over a week while I figured things out on my end, and ultimately only charged me $200 for the diagnosis, even taking off my bill the amount the scrap yard would have given him for the old truck. I was planning to pay about $500-600 for the diagnosis, and the majority of guys would have pocketed the money from the scrap yard without making mention of it. I really appreciate how much Don and his company have helped me through the years, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a solid mechanic.

Don and his Team are absolutely fantastic! I just found out about this terrific repair shop several months ago, and have since had both my box trucks there for various repairs. In both cases a thorough analysis was performed based on the issues I described, the vehicles were professionally repaired and it was all done at a very fair price. I was 100% pleased with the service at Cusson Automotive. I've just moved to South Windsor and didn't have a place nearby to take my RV for new batteries. I was referred to Cusson because they service RVs as well as cars, and the online reviews of Cusson were so positive. I echo those positive reviews. Don, the owner of Cusson, and his staff were great. They were able to squeeze me in because I'm selling the RV and received a very good offer by a buyer who wanted very quick delivery. That's when I discovered that the RV wouldn't start and that I needed new batteries. Don and the Cusson staff were so obliging! I have found the place to service my car from now on.

Excellent service from first phone call to completed maintenance and repairs! Finally I found a place that went thoroughly through my Sprinter RV. They made me aware of what was recommended to be done with no pressure. I'll be back to have them completed what's needed on my rig!

Very good telling me what the diagnosis of the problems with my vehicle and the correct steps they took repair my truck. Explained what repairs were done and other problems that should be addressed at another time. Don asked me what problems i had with my vehicle in the past to get a better understanding of what could done to coreect the repairs needed and cut the cost and time for me. All questions were answered and a professional group of employees made me feel comfortable with the issues i had and questions i asked. Don was very professional and I would use him in the future and would recommend his company to all my friends and family

Cusson Automotive was highly recommended to me several years ago when I needed the air conditioning fixed in one of my vehicles. Since then it has worked perfectly and blows Ice Cold Air. I recently had another vehicle of mine worked on and again when I got the vehicle back it was running Tip Top with no more problems, they even offered to take my car through emissions for me since they notice that it was overdue. Cusson Automotive fixes it right the first time so you don't have to bring it back another day and unlike so many other places the car is returned to you spotless with no indication that there were people working on it. Just yesterday I made an appointment to have one of my electric windows looked at and repaired and I'm certain that the outcome will be the same. It's a relief and a breath of fresh air to find a business that works so well and is so professional while doing it, I highly recommend them for any job and I know that's where my friends and family will be taking our vehicles to in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this shop and Craig as well. You guys went way above and beyond for the issues with my car. I was in the area when my car needed to be towed and AAA recommended this place and now I am too. They were able to get my engine repair covered by the manufacturer. Just when I thought all hope was lost, y'all saved the day and have a new customer for life.

I have avoided going to auto shops for the better part of 16 years due to bad experiences. I've tried to fix just about everything with every vehicle that I've owned (maybe not always properly) to avoid dealing with untrustworthy shops. My first time trying Cusson Automotive was about a month ago with a broken muffler and they fixed it for a fair price, quickly, and for the first time I actually trusted that it was done properly. Don was very helpful and everyone else I interacted with was knowledgable and pleasant. This week, the car wouldn't start and I thought it was the alternator. I didn't hesitate to call Cusson Automotive. I would've been ready to pay for a new alternator and another company would've let me. Don and his techs did a full evaluation and it turned out to just be some loose wires near the battery terminal.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Cusson Auto! It was my first time there and I was very impressed with how friendly, professional and honest they were. They were lower priced than the Lexus dealer. They did an excellent and timely job repairing the A/C in my Lexus RX350. I was also impressed by the fact that they give back to the community in a big way. I will be returning to Cusson in the future for any needed work!

The service was incredible. I am a travel nurse and I had a belt go due to a bearing and a pulley malfunctioning I called them I was in a panic they got me right in, parts came in first thing in the morning they completed the repair test drove the vehicle and I was on the road again, they were courteous respectful, pleasant, efficient !!! I can’t say enough good things about this business I live in Maine used to live in Connecticut. If ever I need work done on my RV which I use for work I will absolutely call Cusson Automotive. I was totally impressed in every way I can’t thank them enough. Do yourself or favor, Cusson Automotive Will have you back on the road!!! I googled for the best garages in South Windsor in my town and Cusson Automotive came up with having the best reviews. So I took my BMW which was not starting and Don along with his team diagnosed and fixed the problem which was installing a new starter. They did a great job and I highly recommend using their garage. Further more there price was way better then other garages. Thank you Don!!
