Huge shout out & multiple thank yous to the staff @ Advanced auto. Went in for new windshield wipers and the representative that not only took his time to show & explain about the wipers, he also came outside & installed them for me w/ pure professional kindness!

Juan V. GREAT service. Doing two things at once, can definitely see that he cares about his job. We ordered a part from him he rang up the part came out to 55$ , we were going to pay it and he said wait and fixed the problem not even thinking about it twice.... The part was in the computer at the wrong price point. He caught it and we are extremely happy we saved 20 something dollars which really helps right now. I'm glad he knows what he is doing and cares about making things right. He was attentive to detail and very kind in expressing other ways to help customers. Parking is plentiful and the store is very organized so you know where to go. Store is clean. The people are nice, and it's never too packed. It's a nice change.
I went to this Advance Auto Parts store. I paid online and it was supposed to be ready in half an hour, but the email stating my parts were ready for pick up arrived over an hour later. It was no big deal this time, because I wasn't going to get there until after I was out of work anyway. However, if my timeline and schedule was tighter, it could have been an issue.
The staff was attentive and friendly. I compared these parts to the same exact parts at a few other local stores and this place had the best deal.
The store appeared to be clean and well organized.
Overall, I was happy with this store and would certainly use it again in the future. As a former regular customer of Carquest, I have never been a big fan of Advance Auto, but they are starting to grow on me. This location seems a little better than the ones in New Britain, especially the one in New Brite Plaza.
Listen….. Juan and Nate plus the entire team provides great service and goes over and beyond to provide great service to all the customers. I like in Bristol and will drive to see them first before I go anywhere else. If they don’t have it in stock, THEY WILL FIND IT IF IT CAN BE FOUND- JUST BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFULLY and let them work!!
I showed up before 7:30 a.m. with headlight bulb that need to replacing and they helped me and put the bulb in and got me on my way to work. Awesome crew
Always needing something for one of the cars. Oil filter, Air filter and Serpentine belt. Still need to install the belt soon. Not that it is difficult. They can look fine in the smooth side but may have cracks on the other side. The job will be done by the weekend.
The store manager, Juan is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond to help you, gives you honest advice, and just overall gives phenomenal customer service!
My Friend in this store 💙 is outstanding he's very helpful funny 😊 a people person and has been truly helpful every time I go in there he's help me 💯 ya need to go check him out ask for Juan when you walk into a store and you see him you will know what I am talking about 😂 he will Quickly have a smile on he's face let's pray he got hes morning coffee though lol 😂
Normally, very satisfied. Rented a $75.00 hydrologic brake bleeder in an emergency situation. Diaphram in it is blown, and a morning is wasted. No recourse. It's a "loaner" situation. Aargh.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to ring me up. All 3 people at the counter were too busy talking to friends. No big deal though, O'Reilly's was happy to take my money.
Honestly I wouldn't want to know why they would want me to review this I go there every day I at least get any fries oil spark plug something. When you need parts that's where you go it's local is near where I live

Made my experience MORE THAN UNCOMFORTABLE. Said staff member was less than accommodating when it came to me misplacing my receipt & didn't look into my profile to check for the item. I went in because of a busted blinker bulb and a complete lack of knowledge of the workings of automobiles. Everyone was as helpful as they were hilarious and friendly. I had no idea how to swap out a blinker bulb so one of the employees jumped at the chance to help and install it for me despite the sub-zero windchill that evening. I would give this place 6 stars but I there is no option for more than 5 stars. 3 thumbs up as well. Don't ask where I got the third thumb.
It was a rough experience trying to get the right part. After the second special ordering the part I was looking for, the finally entered the correct information and discovered the part was in stock. The correct part was double the cost of the first one. I would have gist ordered off line if I new it was going to be that much. If you go to this store, be sure to clearly specify exactly the car and part you are looking for and work with someone who has automotive experiende. I personally do a lot of price shopping and this experience discouraged me from buying from a local store.
Theres usually a good deal on the oil i buy. Buy 5 quarts and a free oil filter for like 23$. Awesome to me. Keep going back . The staff is always very helpful and curteous
Very nice people, and really took their time and helped me get my car get back on the road!! Not often you go to a parts store and find someone who knows what they selling, this store has a few knowledgeable guys definitely going there again.
