I bought a 2014 Volvo which had a minor issue which they honored under their warranty. They were totally professional and honest from the start. Nowadays this type of professionalism is very rare. Not only would I buy another vehicle from them but I would strongly recommend others to check out New England autos when looking to purchase a used vehicle. My car was totaled in a crash and if it weren’t for Brad and Josh, my insurance company would’ve never given me enough money to buy a new car, they fought hard to make sure my insurance company didn’t take advantage of me. I recently purchased a 2003 Corvette from New England Auto Sales and couldn't be happier with how everything went. As an out-of-state buyer, I was initially a little nervous about the prospect. But in hindsight I had nothing to worry about; not only is the vehicle everything it was supposed to be, but the entire process from initial contact through title transfer went extremely smoothly. There are not enough stars on here to express how good these guys are. My daughter bought a Jeep from them last March. After I had my mechanic give it a once over there were a few minor things they said needed attention. Without question, Brad and Josh did the repairs and she drove it off the lot. A few months later one of her headlights blew, she stopped in to have them fix it, fully expecting to pay for it, but Brad popped a bulb in and sent her on her way. Not to mention her 1st oil change was free from them. This morning, her check engine light came on and the car wouldn't accelerate properly. We we drove it right to NE Auto. They not only fixed it within a day, they split the cost after almost 11 months. If that is not excellent customer service I don't know what is. I highly recommend New England Auto sales not only to purchase a pre-owned car, but to have it serviced there also. Thank you Brad and Josh, you are true gentlemen with incredible integrity!!!!!!!

Although listed as coming from Sarah this review was done by John. I have reached my golden years and over that time have bought and sold at least 40 cars. I can unequivocally say that my purchase of a Porsche Boxster from NE Auto was hands down the best auto buying experience ever by a large margin. Working with Brad and Josh and the crew at NE Auto was exceptional. I have purchased cars in MA, CT and RI from some of the well known dealers and never felt entirely satisfied that I was not getting played. It was a more than a pleasure to work with Brad and Josh as they were absolutely honest, transparent and really knew cars (especially Porsche). For me the drive to NE Auto takes two hours and was well worth it-I will have no hesitancy making that trip any time the Porsche needs attention. If you're looking for a car do yourself a favor and check their inventory and if something clicks call Brad or Josh. If you have had any experience buying cars you will be pleasantly surprised. Can't say enough good things.

Just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Brad and Josh. Bought a 2015 BMW X1. They gave me good value for my trade. Worked with me on a price for the vehicle. They noticed a small problem with the Valve Cover Gasket before I picked up the car and replaced it entirely, proactively. They offered a 1500 mile 30 day warranty. And honored it. I took the car to a mechanic to make sure everything was good and they recommended a serpentine belt replacement and some work to the windshield cowl. It was within 30 days of the purchase, but I believe I had already put over 1500 miles on the car. Despite this, Josh and Brad were responsive and did the requested work quickly and for free. They even encouraged me to reach out again if I have any issues with the car. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

This review is long over due. I bought a 1997 Porche Boxster and Brad was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. When I went to look at the car I pointed out some areas of concerns with the car that were all addressed prior to picking it up. Brad also offered to replace the IMS bearing with the upgraded LN engineering, RMS and clutch at a reasonable additional cost. I also opted to get some other maintenance items taken care of and was only charged for the parts. Shortly after picking up the car and driving it, I noticed an oil leak and check engine light. Brad took care of both without hesitation, proof that they stand behind their warranty. Both Brad and Josh are great stand up guys and this is now the only place I go to get my Boxster serviced as their labor rates are reasonable and they stand behind their work. Thank you Brad and Josh for making my Porsche ownership dreams come true!

I purchased a 2005 corvette manual 6 speed late January 2023. I initially reached out to Brad to see if he would be interested in taking a 2021 Alfa Romeo as a trade in, but he was concerned about being able to resell the Alfa Romeo. So I decided to go and check out the Corvette anyway. Brad is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. Kind, caring and engaging in conversation. Test drove the car and noticed a few minor issues and he assured me they would be fixed. Well, he did fix the issues before I picked the car up. After purchasing the car, I did notice an oil leak and had it looked at by my mechanic and was told it was the front main seal. I called Brad and he without hesitation told me to bring it to him for repairs at no cost to me. After he looked at the problem, he showed me that it wasn't the seal, but instead it was the oil pan gasket leaking. So, rather than replacing only the oil pan gasket, he went above and beyond by replacing not only the gasket, but also the front seal and new harmonic balancer because it was already taken apart and easy to get to the seal and balancer. No more oil leaks.! These guys are one of a kind! I am a diehard skeptic of used car dealerships, but these guys simply are the best.

Brad was great to work with. I spoke with him over the phone several times about the car before we agreed on the price and i made the 120mi trip to see it and leave a deposit. Brad knows Porsche and was a great resource in many questions i had. His knowledge also ensures that he is selling quality cars. The transactions were easy and he also offered to truck the car to my home if the weather was bad for a nominal fee. Great experience.

Just purchased a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive from NEAS. Their ad said it runs/drives perfect and they weren’t kidding! Car was in great shape and they only had to do minor work on it. Brad and Josh are great guys and they run a very reputable business selling only the best used cars they can. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and would highly recommend them.

If you are a Porsche enthusiast I highly recommend this place. Brad and Josh clearly have a passion for Porsches. I bought a 2001 Boxster S sight unseen. I was apprehensive as I have never bought a car without inspecting it. The car was as described. They also installed an exhaust I had shipped to them for no labor cost. I have, and will continue to refer all my Porsche buds (and try to convert my BMW/Benz friends). It’s nice to see a dealership that has a connection to the cars and doesn’t just view their customers as dollar signs. Thank you guys, you gained a loyal customer!

I purchased Volvo from New England Auto. Josh is the sales person who helped me with the process.Vehicle is dependable and in good condition although there were some issues with Radiator which was replaced. I took care of suspensions & Wheel locks as it was auctioned vehicle. Overall vehicle is in good condition and Josh was very honest and straightforward with me. I am fully satisfied with his services and will definitely recommend others

Purchased this in October. Josh was great to deal with both during the purchase and afterwards with paperwork. After I purchased the car and got home I had an issue with the convertible top and Brad was absolutely reasonable in assisting me with repairs. I would recommend this dealer to a friend.

Purchased a vehicle at New England Auto Sales about a month ago. Josh and Brad have been awesome - plain and simple. One thing that I have noticed that they have on one of their windows is a sign saying - “Honesty and Integrity”. It’s the truth. When the time came that I decided to purchase a C4 Corvette from them, they truthfully answered all of my questions and were a huge help. Bought an 08' Volvo from Josh over the summer. Josh put no pressure on me and always had a solution for my requests. When I picked the car up, everything he had promised was done, and I could not have been happier with my purchase. I drove the car out to ND when I moved there, and have yet to have any issues with the car. Brad and Josh are great guy, would genuinely recommend them for any car purchase.

We purchased an older model Honda which was in beautiful condition with a fresh clean interior and exterior from NE Auto Sales several months ago. On my way home from the sale, the check engine light came on and they ended up needing to replace the catalytic converter. This was done quickly and without issue. We had the car checked by our own mechanic who said “if I had seen this car myself I would have scooped it up!” We love the car.
