Great place to do business at got good quality cars The sales team is very helpful in assisting you with a car or locate one that you want. I have purchased several cars there and never had any problems would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful when I got into my crash! They towed my car and dealt with the insurance company also provided me a rental right on the spot after my accident. I didn’t have to wait until the next day to go to enterprise.

After hours on a Friday, Victor met me and told me what was about to happen with my car that was picked up by this group after an auto accident. All proved true and information received from Mario and Victor and Adam was very helpful in navigating with the insurance companies. They even charged my electric car while we were waiting for the insurance to pronounce whether it was totaled or not. I found this to be a better experience with their help.

This place is no good, my car had a flat tire just 2 miles from my house . They came to tow my car and when I asked for it fo be taken to my house they said no. Why the heck do you say no when Im the one paying. When I pay I can say how I want the service. They took it against my will to their shop and now are billing me over $700 for just having it there and to take it out. They lure you there to then charge you for things the car didnt even had. Also they only take cash, no cards. Why? I dont recomend these people at all.

Never use this place for towing services. They are too bad with their prices. On Saturday I had a flat tire 7 miles from this business. It was on I84 west that the state police arrived, I had already called my insurance for roadside assistance but since I had my 3 small children and my wife in the car next to the high way the state police decided to call me a tow truck which I thanked. But I keep running into these people. I asked the tow truck driver to leave my car at a gas station to change the tire since due to the bad state of the ground (wet) I couldn't do it on I84. He told me no, so I asked him. Taking it to my house, he told me no, I had to take it to their garage, I told him that he doesn't need that because the only thing the car had was a flat tire. He said no, he took it to the garage. Yesterday, Monday morning, I went to pick up my car since they are closed on Sundays and what was surprising was when they gave me the bill for $802 just for having moved my car 7 miles. IT IS UNFAIR. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!

Adam and his guys are amazing! My husband was involved in an accident, it was the other person fault. Farmington Auto Park was on point and on our side! They helped us tremendously with the other guys insurance company and we got a fair price all because of their help! We highly recommend them!

I have been in there for 2 weeks continuously asking either by phone while in the parking lot or actually walking in and I get either "Nobody is here to give you a price on the truck you want" or "that truck is not ready to sell and therefore we can not give you the price for that particular truck"... Really... After 2 weeks they still have no idea on how to be prepared on selling one vehicle... this is a disgrace which is compounded by the fact they have a sign on the front door stating they were the best in 2018... THAT I DOUBT... WHO DID THEY PAY OFF TO GET THAT SIGN...

I went with my son to look for his car because he had an accident because it was snowing. The owner was well disgusting and with an attitude. He wanted to keep the car and speaking arrogantly and got upset because my son took the car. and commenting on my son that he was not responsible. He thinks that I did not listen to what he was talking about, yes, my son was responsible because he went to look for his property and pay for a service. He was the irresponsible one who broke the front bumper so that he would see it destroyed and not take the car. Nobody knows what each person goes through to get their things, let's have empathy towards others and stop greed because the more they have, the more they want. If you are servants, help the citizen.

I took my Mini Countryman to this shop for a brake job. They overtightened the lug nuts to the point where one of the rims now needs to be cut off. I had a good conversation with their GM Justin. They were responsive. However not willing to offer any restitution for the work that now needs to be done by the dealer to repair the vehicle. I understand their opinion is that we should have taken the vehicle back to their shop first. However in good faith I shouldn't be expected to bring the vehicle back to the shop that did the original damage. Lesson learned, short term cost savings led to long term expenses. Premium vehicles need to go back to the dealer for repairs.

The guys here are great. Worked with Adam on a few things and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Would wholeheartedly recommend any family and/or friend if they need a vehicle and/or a repair.

This is one of the best places for Auto services period! Routed from the community for over 20 years. Adam and his crew make you feel at home and cater to your specific needs in detail. They beat any of the prices around and make sure you leave satisfied. Good businesses are hard to find, especially in the auto industry...so when you find a place like this, you spread the word! rinky dink junkyard of auction/wholesale vehicles. Its sad because business owners generally have a lot of drive and motivation. They should put more effort into better business practice/model, rather than selling junky cars at high interest rates.

Adam the owner took car of my Moms car as she was getting it ready to turn the lease in. They did amazing work even buffed out the entire car for her at a more than fair price. I got my car towed there. I wanted to pick it up on memorial day, but they were closed. I called them up and they came in on a holiday just so that I could get my car back. So that's automatic 5 stars!

They towed my car and when I went to recover it, it had little scrapes over 3/4 of the car. This guy Adam, of course, completely denied liability. I didn't even want compensation since the car is a beater, anyway. I just wanted honesty. Their towing fees are reasonable, though, hence the extra star.

I bought a 2006 Honda accord that I found out was way overpriced being that it had 168,000 miles on it already. They registered the wrong car for me initially because the description online was inaccurate, so I had to waste time from work to come back after they corrected it. The car was not checked out by Farmington Auto at all. I have literally replaced everything except the transmission. Also the customer service was horrible and I wrote a review on their site and they took it down. They also told me that if I signed up to make my payments through a third party that they deal with, it's free. It turned out that it was not free and they completely lied about this. I work in customer service and I am an Office Manager. I was outraged by the lack of customer service and shady tactics used during the buying process. This was the first car I ever financed and they made it a horrible experience. I would put negative -300 if I could as a rating!!!

Walked into Farmington Auto Park after being shot down by 4 other used car dealers . After explaining my financial situation and how much cash I had to put down , they gave me a selection of what I could realistically afford . Need less to say I'm now driving a car I never imagined myself in because of Farmington Auto. THEY WILL GET YOU APPROVED !

In addition, with their financing they made my purchase of my vehicle a 2007 Altima, fully loaded to be one of the best buying experiences ever. I recommend Farmington Auto Park.

I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good vehicle. The customer service and ease of purchasing makes this place one of the best in CT.

I bought my diesel truck from there and love it. Have had it for a year now and had not one problem with it. Couldn't be happier, will defiantly be doing business there again.

I will never EVER do business at this establishment, or refer anyone to ever purchase a vehicle from this place (I don't even want to call it a dealership). Being 19 and buying my first car I was very unaware of certain terms and was too trustworthy. When I asked what the term "rebuilt title" meant they just told me the title was lost and they had to request a new one. Come to find out after going to REAL dealership... my car had been total and literally rebuilt. They also never told me that I was signing for an in house loan... after they told me they went bank to bank trying to find the lowest finance rate they could. When I finish paying off my car I will be paying $15,000... my car is currently worth $3000... and by time I'm done paying for it, it will be worth $500... There were so many problems with the car the first month I had it and they told me it was my fault because I supposedly hit a snow bank... (which I never did.) THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

i brought my lexus LX to hoffman in east hartford and they told me that i needed both cv joints replaced as the boots were torn. i wanted a second opinion so i brought my car to farmington auto park because my sister has purchased two cars there in the past and had good experiences. later that day farmington auto called me to tell me that the cv boots were not torn, but instead the clamps were worn and broken. the mechanic texted me photos of boots showing me that there were not torn as hoffman told me (i actually sent the photos to hoffman!). they replaced the clamps for me and saved me almost $800. they could have changed the cv joints and i wouldn't have known the difference but they were straight with me.

I was referred to Farmington Auto Park by a friend who said that they do great work and had great prices. Well I went down there and he was right! They changed my waterpump and timing belt for almost half the price that the BMW dealer wanted to charge me. The service manager even let me use a car for a day while they did the job. I am glad my friend sent me there, and I would highly recommend them as well.

I have never felt so robbed in my life until I walked into this place. They will offer you the best car in the lot and after you give them your money your screwed.They are known to pop check engine lights so that their cars can pass emissions and you wont know whats wrong with the car. I bought a car there last year and within a month of buying the car the check engine light comes on. The car had a whole bunch of problems. They have crappy customer service and they also have a thing called buy here pay here, they will finance to a dog if he has money. The feds are always there help shut these cons down...
