Wrecker driiver by the name of Ed because of inexperience and poor attitude caused 1k in damage to my trailer towng me from out of muck area from behind pics attached. Company could care less about driver negligence. Just wanted payment. Even dispatcher stopped him from towing from bumper and he got.uoset stating he doesn't know anything he just a dispatcher. Luckily I stopped him being he would have caused more damage than he already had done. I after insisting several times and made him tow from trailer frame axle holes which were reinforced with steel being this was an aluminum trailer. He tried even to look for excuses for damages he did by saying truck was to buried. Only excuse was he tried towing 32k of truck and trailer weight from a steak pocket on rear of the trailer which was only a 1/4 of an inch thick because he was reluctant about getting under the trailer. It was easier to put 1 chian thru the steak pocket. After damage he now listned and went under truck to pull it the correct way. He said he's experienced and that thru the steak pocket is the way he's done it. End of story I have 1k In damage and company could not care less. I Never new if a company tows your vehicle they are not responsible for damage they do for improperly towing the vehicle or securing equipment to the vehicle to tow in areas that can cause damage.
These guys are off the charts gold star for the absolute best in the business! My 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee hybrid has been dead as a door nail on the roof of the parking garage at Bradley airport. It took us 24 hours plus and seven tow companies before they were able to help us. Plus 2 Jeep dealerships provided no help. They were  amazing! If you ever need a tow doesn’t matter how challenging these are your guys ! Thanks, Jeff❤️‼️
I cannot rave enough about the service I received! Jesus went above and beyond to help me with my situation and getting my car towed to a repair shop. I am so grateful for their service and the communication. Would recommend to anyone in need of towing services. Thank you again!
My car battery died and my insurance company sent CFAC Towing. Brendan was great. He checked the battery and said it was completely dead. Took care hitching my car. He was very friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service!
Car died, and Progressive initially called T & B motor sales for a tow, but after 3 hours, they were a no call no show. Aweful and Unacceptable. Progressive then called CFAC towing, and in 30 minutes Alex showed up. He was excellent !! Wish Progressive called CFAC initially. Thank you Alex !!
