My driver's pick-up appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. The driver was not loaded until 12pm resulting in a 4 hours delay.
When the driver went inside for an update, staff repeatedly said 'soon'.
Additionally, the office was unresponsive when I attempted to call for status updates.
Very poor service!

They will LIE on behalf of your insurance company.
They confirmed they had our paperwork but there was a mistake, while insurance said it was missing -so we refused to resign anything until there was transparency by both parties. Once insurance was made aware that we had spoken to copart and they confirmed having our paperwork.... copart then all of a sudden had "misplaced" our paperwork.
The whole experience was super shady and if they are willing to lie for the insurance company believe they will have no problem lying to you just to get thier money.
I recently purchased three cars from this location. All three cars came non-driving even though they stated they were driving vehicles one of them needed a transmission and two of them needed an engine do not buy from here. I do not buy from here. This place is a total scam. Co Part needs to be penalized.
Came to pick up three cars at 2pm. Three hours before they close. Two other trucks in the yard. Not busy at all. “only had enough appointments for 1 car pick up”. Even told them I can load all cars just to bring them out to the truck. Terrible Copart location
I spoke with Michelle over the phone and she was VERY helpful and extremely DETAILED with her responses. I’ve never experienced that with auction people I’m looking forward to the Co-Part experience. Will update the post when I arrive.

Of the many Coparts I’ve been to, this one knows how to take care of customers. They truly represent their mission statement and core values. I hope the organization knows how well Diane & Lindsay represent them! I am a woman-owned dealership and want to say, “Well done ladies!”
I recently was hit and my car was taken there with a lot belongings. I went there to retrieve them and everyone was really nice, professional and very efficient.
Fees fees fees fees, but all other auctions are dying, dead or bought out by these guys, so you can't complain about anything. Springfield site has a nice staff though and can work with you which is nicer than other sites.
This particular site is better about it, but sometimes the info on the website is incorrect (turns out it doesn't run/drive or there's more damage), but all sales are final.
I was picking up a car after winning the auction. Paid for the car at Hartford ( Christian lane) location and after we're done I was told that the pickup would be from the Granby location. When arrived at the Granby location they said that there is a new system which we have to follow. By downloading a scheduling app and book a pickup time which obviously not the same day or even in 24 hrs later just to charge you extra storage fee of $35++/day. The app had a glitch and wasn't available and no phone # to contact. Spoke to one of customer service agent who listen to what I explained to her and rather than trying to help she said "IF YOU CONTINUE BEING RUDE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU" another agent jumped in to help and while she's trying to explain that it might be a problem with the app she received a call and answered without even excusing her self. Bottom line this location is the worst unprofessional customer service you can deal with. So be careful.
I am auto transporter that went to pick up a car this morning from the second I got there the guards were very friendly and helpful and to the lady inside the office side also very helpful. Thanks again guys from Xavier AutoTransport LLC. ????
I have been to this place several times and I could not imagine how great you can expect staffs at such a place to be. They are wonderful, respectful and very considerate. Even with those of us who do not have the license, they have wonderful ways of talking to us to know where and what our limits are. With the cars, I think they are more than good. They are used cars/vehicle so one should not expect them to be like brand new cars. They are generally good depending on the amount of money you want to spend. The office is neat and they provide very good food, in case you are going hungry. I have always been amazed about the beauty and the neatness of the office and the parking spaces. I will recommend this place to people. They are just excellent. Keep it up guys. Solomon Darko
Hartford Springfield Auction and Repokar Glendale Auction are the best auctions in Unites States. The staff is always helpful, prices are good, vehicles are represented properly. Customer service is highly rated. The auction's customer service is 5 star. A big thanks
