I brought my car here after it was hit by another driver. They accepted my car quickly even though it was the day after a big snow storm! Needed my back bumper replaced, got my car about 1.5 after I dropped it off.

Great service repairs came out looking amazing car was done on time and the service was great would recommend to anybody lookin to get body work done

These guys did a fantastic job on my car. I dropped it off on a Monday before a long weekend and had the car back by Thursday. They did great work, the paint looks flawless and all panel gaps look good. I am very appreciative of Brookfield auto body for the quality of their work and timeliness

Brought my son's car in to get an estimate on a damaged bumper. Instead, Antwon did a quick fix, no charge. We will go back there when needed and will not shop around. He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable in case we need it for the future. This is the place to go! Antwon and Dave are great!!

Haven't gotten my truck worked on YET but i can confidently say that the customer service is beyond terrific. The man at the desk has been helping me so much throughout my insurance claim. They towed our found stolen car in Bristol, CT back to Old Lyme. Garrett was awesome. So helpful and really courteous. Drove through Friday rush hour to deliver the car and he was so nice.
