I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my car in for repairs, but the work was not done correctly the first time, or they put in a faulty part. The mechanic eventually covered the cost to fix it the second time, which I appreciate, but it did not make up for the inconvenience caused. I was left stranded on the side of a busy road with a smoking car for over three hours waiting for a tow truck (which I had to pay for), had to pay for Uber, and was without my car longer than expected. Overall, it cost me a lot more than what was given. A repair should be done correctly the first time, and customers should not have to deal with the stress and extra costs that come from mistakes. While the shop did take some responsibility, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

I recently bought a used car here. The entire experience was 10 out 10. I knew exactly what i wanted, and they had it! Before purchasing, they put the vehicle up on a lift and showd me the entire undercarriage of the vehicle plus under the hood. The entire team is professional and friendly. Marc was an exceptional sales man, I've never met an honest car salesman before. Im thrilled with my car, and will continue to bring my car there for regular maintenance. I will never go anywhere els for anything car related.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at Bristol Auto Center. I worked with Mark. In the afternoon, I called to inquire about a vehicle I wanted to purchase the same day. Mark was efficient, kind, honest, and accommodating. He did not pressure me at all. Due to the fact that Mark is a mechanic, he knew all about the mechanical components of the vehicle, he answered all of my questions knowledgeably, and he taught me things that I didn’t know. My mom was with me and was nervous at first, but she was so impressed by Mark’s honesty, knowledge of the vehicle, and kindness that it put her at ease. I ended up purchasing the Mercedes that day. The price was reasonable, the vehicle is in excellent condition, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Bristol Auto Center to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle or to have their vehicle serviced by their mechanics!

Yesterday I went to look at a Buick Encore with my sister and boyfriend/husband for the price of $9,995.00. I spoke to a Ukrainian that calls himself Mark. I believe he's partial owner of the establishment. After all his fees and registration he wanted almost $12,000 for the car. I offered him $9,000 for the Buick Encore, out the door. He disagreed with the price. He then lowered by only $500. I then asked him for 2 business cards and wrote my name and number on one of the business cards with the $9,000 amount. I told him if he changes his mind he can call me. He then said he will not and put my business card in the garbage with my name and number right in front of me. What I don't understand why didn't Mark just say thank you if I change my mind I'll let you know. Why act disrespectful towards someone that takes the time and interest in your product. I will never look at cars on-line at this place or recommend anyone to go here to buy a car, just based on respect and class. Mark was extremely ignorant to act like that. Stay away!! Mark just cares about money and will not give that customer courtesy if you did buy. That attitude and mannerism speaks for itself. Not to mention he bragged about how expensive his toilet paper is and he paid $17,000 tool box.

I took my car in for a diagnosis of a recurring noise in the rear suspension. They put it on the lift and checked for loose components, then called me to do a check ride . It was determined that the rear shocks were bad. ( third set of Monroes since November ) He then recommended that I take it to my regular shop to resolve the issue. He refused to charge me, stating, " If we do the repair, then we charge you. "

I purchased a vehicle from Bristol Auto Center and I can't recommend them enough. They are mechanics first and very knowledgeable on the vehicles they sell. I worked with Mark and he made the process extremely simple, at the right price. When you buy from them you get confidence that you'll be driving away in something reliable. Moreover, if anything were to come up in the future, I won't hesitate to visit them again for either service or another vehicle which is almost impossible to find these days.

Bristol Auto Center was recommended several times on my Ring Neighbors app. I went in for a wobbly front end and Rear Differential drain/refill. Peter had both issues fixed plus replaced my headlight at just bulb cost in a very short period of time. He even drove the vehicle to my house in what all can be described as a good cost effective neighborly experience. I made of good business neighbor with Peter. Hope this review helps your decision.

Mark worked with my son & I to buy his first new (to him) car. The process was much easier than we both anticipated and the car he bought was in great condition! They had all the paperwork associated with previous repairs on the car. I then took my old car in for some repairs and they did a very thorough check and gave me a full list of immediate items needed and future items to keep in mind. My experience in both instances has been amazing, I will be going back to them for future repairs and purchases.

Fantastic service and fair price. I will start with a welcoming service. While I was waiting for my vehicle the mechanics passing by all welcomed me with a warm hello. This is a place to go when you want an honest, professional opinion at a fair price. Peter explained all the processes to me very well and I was able to make my decision when it came to fixing what's needed in my vehicle. I highly recommend them. 👌🏻

Absolutely the place to go when you want your car problems fixed!!! The staff is professional and honest! Mark and Peter know what they are doing and have 20+ years of experience working with cars (probably more if you ask them). While being there on multiple occasions I listened to the conversations they had with other customers, and I am impressed with their vast knowledge and integrity. It's obvious they take pride in what they do every single day and that is why you should pick them for all your automotive needs. I'm REALLY impressed with the way they run the business and care about their customers!!!

I bought a used car from another dealer. Since then I’ve spent thousands of dollars and seen 4 different mechanics. Mark took my car in for a diagnostic and correctly pinpointed and fixed the issue. Thank you Mark. Highly recommend this shop!

Absolute BEST! Mark is professional, caring, and VERY thorough! My fiancée was looking for a used car, and found one through the app CarGurus. We called Mark, and said we were 45 mins. Away, so we didn’t think we can be there before he closes. He said no problem, I’ll be here even if it’s after I close, just come. We got there at 5:15pm, and he came right out and showed us the car. Opened the hood, started it, was super informative about what to look for, sounds to listen for, even any kind of corrosion. My fiancée and Mark took the car for a test drive. He wanted her to go up hills, and down, and really put the car under “stress” to listen to the transmission and engine. Once they got back, I said,” Looks like a great car! Let’s do the paperwork!” Mark said,” Wait, I want to put it on a lift!” He then puts the car on the lift and says “welcome to my world” Again, great detail and information on what to look for on a car with high mileage. Going over EVERYTHING! I’m not exaggerating here. He took his time to look over every piece of that car looking for leaks or signs of excessive wear! He then puts the car down, we went into his office, he then asked about financing. My fiancée told Mark, what her options were. He then said he knows people that could get a better rate than what her bank could do. He contacted us the next day about financing options. About 3-4 days later (because of the weekend and when my fiancée could get the financing done) we called Mark, went to the office and finished up. I’m trying not to get this post to be too Long, but I have so many good/positive things to say. Mark is honest, professional, and goes above and beyond. I can only wish I lived closer so I can bring all my cars for him to service. Highly recommended, A+ Service! Thanks again Mark!

I was in desperate need for a car looking for probably a month or 2 but a lot of dealerships were charging crazy amount per month (finance) in locations around the area within a 20 miles radius. I was on CarGurus one time and seen a car that I liked, called the place up and I said I wanted put a “down deposit like right now” to the guy on the phone who was Marc (the owner) very respectful and cool guy. Told him I wanted that specific car before someone takes it and just told me to fill out the application and called me back within an hour and told me the next steps and that same day… I went to go put half of the deposit down. He took his time looked around for an affordable deal for me and within a couple hours. Told me step by step on what to do, told me about how interest rates work and also talked about credit cards/banks work on the test drive because he knew I was young and buying my first car. I told him my financial situation because I’m not going to lie I’m in a bit of credit card debt and we talked a little about life and financial tips. But regardless humble guy and got business done asap. Whenever you go ask for Marc. Trust me, keep it real with him and he’ll keep it real with you. This is just my opinion. 5 stars.

Bring my car down bc it smells like burning oil.. they tell me it's my turbo, and it'll be $1400-1600. 2 weeks later, it's ready $2300, no warning. ok, fine, I just want my car. Well, it's still burning oil, and he tells me to drive it around for a week, and if it's still smells, call me.... my oil pan is leaking!! Never coming back!!

Found exactly the car we wanted, went down on a Saturday and made an agreement to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately it was too late to get a loan at that time of Day on a Saturday but by Monday we had everything in place. Mark was able to register the car before we even got there with all the money. Great job! Great car. Great service.

Bought a used car here. Very impressed, we drove 4 hrs to get there and everything he told me about the car over the phone was true. Fair price on the car and very clean. Would recommend and would go back.

This place could not be more friendly and helpful. Was in need of a vehicle after my Grand Cherokee 5.7 blew it's motor and stumbled upon a nice truck while driving by. Popped my head in and got a test drive immediately. It was love at first sight. Very clean in and out, runs immaculate and they even accommodated a few items I wanted changed after the sale was complete. Also, they absolutely smashed the rates for financing that I had previously shopped. Would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Me and my brothers went to Bristol Auto Center and Mark was able to provide me with lots of information about the truck. We took it for a test drive and Mark was able to show me a few features and how well it drives when accelerating up to 80mph. Mark was also able to show us how to build our credit and obtain a better credit scores. Mark bought a body frame for the truck but did not installed it, but he made a great deal with us so that the body frame can be installed. Overall Mark is a really great and straight forward guy when it comes to finance and Vehicles. definitely recommend others to buy from Bristol Auto center.

This is a stellar facility. Definitely a sweet find when I stumbled upon these guys. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I saw some excellent cars in the inventory when I had taken my car in for service. Just for boredom sake, I asked some pricing and was absolutely shocked. These cars are priced to move. With talented techs, and such a reasonably priced inventory, I know I'll be coming here for a long time. I see an SUV in my future. Thanks again fellas!

I recently purchased a car from Bristol Auto after being referred. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They were extremely patient with me, regardless of how indecisive I was. Mark was able to work with my schedule & stayed late to show me a couple cars that I was interested in, while Alex worked with the numbers to get me where I wanted to be. He was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. They're honest & reliable & both have a great sense of humor, which made a potentially stressful process, enjoyable. Great Experience. I purchased my highlander from Bristol Auto Center. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Mark was great and was not a pushy sales person as some sales people can be. Above all he was honest. He was so sweet, kind, and explained everything as we spoke. I felt calm and able to purchase my car without feeling I was taken advantage off. From the staff I dealt with Eric, Alex and Peter they were also so very kind, professional and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others.
