Nat's Garage based out East Norwalk, CT is very reliable, professional, and friendly. We use their tow service for our School Bus company when we have breakdowns. Excellent service, great communication, and response time! Would highly recommend for towing services! Most Recent Service was earlier tonight... We just had an unfortunate breakdown 20 miles from our bus yard at 12:30 am on Route 8 in Bridgeport. I called and left a message with location and vehicle information. Shockingly enough, I checked GPS a few hours later and it was back at our terminal within 2 hours! Outstanding!! Thank you Nat's Garage!!
I was in need of a tow after purchasing a vehicle at auction. Had a unique situation with a couple hoops to jump through and Nat was there every step of the way. My car ran out of gas right in front of exit 14 going southbound on my way to work this morning. My gas light has been coming on at different times recently. Nat’s Garage picked up right away, was realistic with estimate time and price. Told me he was coming from an accident and could take about an hour. He was there within 45 minutes. Gave me little less then half a tank of gas! which is far more then getting you to the nearest gas station. He also made sure I safely got back onto the highway. I’ve had a wide range of roadside issues in my life and this guy was professional, quick, and straight forward. Clearly a stand up dude and a hard working hustler.
He is a stand up guy.. He had to tow my truck off the street unfortunately do to road work I am an otr driver. So could not move it. I was worried at first with alot of equipment in the pickup. However he went out his way took the equipment out. The tow cost and storage was fair not over priced.. I also needed a jump he helped me out. This shop has been in business for years. I will use him again in the near or far future when needed and definitely recommend thia company .

My son was the victim of a hit and run incident while he had my car parked in Norwalk. I met my son at Nats’ Towing in Norwalk to retrieve the vehicle.
This individual was not available and claimed he would not be in Norwalk to accept payment for the return of the vehicle for 2-3 hours.
When my son tried to retrieve the vehicle, the owner wanted 160 dollars and claimed a ridiculous “labor” fee for sweeping glass.
Since he was not available to do his job, he called his “friend” and charged my son 160 dollars cash or 180 dollars via credit to “charge it through his business”. My son opted to pay via credit for a paper trail.
Incredibly bad service and the fact he called my son to swear at him left me no choice but to inform the public of this individual’s bad business practices. 1 star.
I was the victim of a hit and run while my vehicle was parked in Norwalk, CT. The police ordered my vehicle be towed while I was asleep as the bumper was hanging off the vehicle.
The vehicle was towed by Nats Towing Service. I arrived at the establishment to see the owner was not there and would not be arriving for at least 2-3 hours.
The owner charged me 160 dollars (the maximum towing price is 105 in the state of CT) to tow the car and cited random “labor costs” for sweeping glass as justification to charge me an extra 55 dollars.
His “friend” charged me 180 instead of the agreed upon price of 160 because I did not want to pay in cash and made the excuse he was using his business so “it was extra”.
I made a statement to the “friend” that these were “shady business practices”.
Approximately 5 minutes later, the owner called me to insult me and make expletive comments. I could not believe it. You literally can’t make this stuff up.
The owner is an immature, shady, low life individual that does not like being held accountable for poor management of his own business.
I’m giving 1 star for complete lack of professionalism and harassing customers for making honest observations about law breaking business practices.
