I can’t remember his name unfortunately but he was so calm and kind. He got my Murano out of a tight and complicated construction site and he got here so quickly after I had been waiting hours using other companies. They do emergency roadside assistant calls.
I was stranded on the highway at night after my original roadside assistance provider left me waiting for over 2hours. Express Auto Works came through and saved the day. The guy who helped me was professional, kind, and got both me and my car home safely. Exactly the kind of service you need when you’re stressed and vulnerable on the side of the road. I contacted express auto works at 7am and they were here within an hour for a non emergency tow the driver was prompt, professional and respectful I highly recommend express auto works and they are super affordable as well 10/10
Outstanding customer service! I reached out to multiple places, but these folks were the only ones who could assist me. Not only did they provide help, but they did so quickly! I was in a tight spot, and they were incredibly accommodating.
I woke up and my boyfriend had left my lights on and killed my battery. I called Express Auto Works and they told me someone will be there in about 30 minutes. Damian arrived sooner than quoted, jump started my car, and within 3 minutes I was off driving to work. I really appreciated how helpful and kind Damian was. I 100% recommend this company!
