Horrible place to do business with.
Always a headache every time I go there because the employees can't accomplish the simplest of tasks without being confused or having to call a manager. Sadly worse than AutoZone.
Managers also never seem to be there.
Wish these companies would actually hire people who know the field instead of cheap labor that have no clue how to even operate a register.
Normally expect customer service to be low in the hood but these guys is the real deal the assistant manager here is solid has great knowledge and all the stafff here truly seems like hard workers
Terrible service, the staff was on there phone and rude they also lied to me and told me that they would put my part to the side but when I arrived everyone made it seem like they never spoke to me and I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just for them to take 15 minutes finding the part in the back I do not recommend this location at all
Ordered online and picked up my purchased. Asked associate if he could install the purchase. He said yes and it was done quickly. Appreciated his help very much. Also, prices were better than other auto parts places in the area.
Had a great experience, Pedro and I don't recall the name of the other gentleman (larger fellow, maybe Juan?) came out to my car multiple times to make sure I had the right parts despite the rain. The parts data for my car was unclear, so they made sure to check the fit was correct. I walked out in a better mood than I went in. I haven't had good customer service like that in a long time, they were knowledgeable, helpful and patient and their banter back and forth had me laughing. Would definitely recommend.
Called and had many questions about this part’s regarding my vehicle. Jose answered and was such a great help! 10/10 experience totally recommend it and will never go back to autozone again!
Today I entered this place for the first time ever, I live down the street and my fiance was working on my car. The lady at the cash register, Katherine, stared at me the whole time with a unpleasant expression. Then when I got to the register, said I saw you put something in your bag let me look inside. I had taken my 5yr old sons red water bottle and my big pink water bottle out at one point because we walked and were hot. She saw me put the big pink bottle in my bag then tried accusing me of stealing.. of course those were all that were in the bag.
I finally found the auto cell phone cup holder that secures my phone well I had difficulties locating elsewhere at O'Reilly, and I haven't entered one prior to yesterday. It works well!
Ordered a part. Was told the part was there. Now I'm here and they can't find it. I call 3 hours later and they say they find the part? They couldn't locate it and call me? Luckily I called them.
Let me just say this, As you walk in the store you are greeted by the staff!

I don’t see the point in opening a store in a predominantly black neighborhood just to follow black folks around the whole store or surround them! Very weird and awkward. I’ll stick to autozone !
Excellent service while short staffed this day. Eric the asst. mgr. went above and beyond for me to get what I needed from another store. With the time crunch I was under he came through for me, he didn't even know me. When I picked up the parts he was even more helpful to me regarding other parts needed. He made me feel like I was the only one in the store he had to help while several other customers were there. Eric thanks for making my busy and stressful day a little calmer. Keep up the good work!
