Worst experience of my life. The manager Jermaine is very rude, very disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I would never go into or recommend anyone to spend their money at this establishment due to his unsavory disposition to customers. As I was leaving for fear of anymore verbal abuse I was enduring he stated for me to report him if I have an issue with my treatment from him. So I have reported this incident to the corporate office formally through the USPS and verbally with the customer service department. I will be also forwarding this to the BBB.
I visited the O'Reilly auto part shop at 355 Huntington turnpike in Bridgeport on 10/22/2024 For pieces for a part on my vehicle. There was a manager Who assisted me by the name of Jermaine He had great customer service and he truly took the time with helping me find the right pieces I needed. He also went up and beyond in assisting me with putting the part on to assure that I had the right pieces and the part was on properly. I will be going there for any future parts due to the great customer service I did receive from the manager and I highly recommend that location!

I’d like to give a big thanks to the staff@ O’Reilly’s in Bridgeport,CT on Huntington Turnpike.PEDRO VELEZ IS A GODSEND.I had just left a HORRIBLE experience with Curtiss Ryan Honda in Shelton,CT. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and leave with a busted rear brake line.Manager said they didn’t do it and he didn’t have time to look@ it because they were leaving. Once I got to Oreilly’s, Pedro Velez took the time to explain how dangerous it was for me to drive the vehicle in that condition and showed me what products I needed. Pedro was very patient and informative,which provided a great deal of relief for me.Two days later, I returned to Oreilly’s for tie rod ends, in which Jeff and Jonathan assisted me with making sure I had the correct parts. Overall it was a great experience and made me feel better knowing I was in good hands! Thanks guys,Im referring everyone I know to Oreilly’s

First experience was fantastic took my battery in to be checked and didn't realize it was close to closing instead of a brush off Patrick told me he'll take care of it,I then asked if I can leave it overnight and they check in the morning and Patrick said absolutely no problem went in the next day to a fully charged battery with a detailed explanation of my battery passing status at no charge!... The second time, I called them about a radiator and asked if they can price match a competitor after confirmation they did and notified me about a sale on antifreeze easy peasy not like the other big box stores who failed miserable at my request...do yourself a favor and come here to get your auto needs taken care of right, fast and professionally.
Jermainestore manager helped me with getting my truck started excellent customer service skills saw a problem and corrected it now the vehicle is running perfect
