Customer service here is awesome!!! Sorry I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me today but you know who you are. I was looking for an expansion hose for the coolant. These guys at this Napa save my mechanical life more than not. There's a bunch if good guys there with tons of knowledge. Considering the competitors near them... I'd rather come here.
Sometimes they have the harder to find part the other big chains don't carry. It pays to comparison shop between this store and the competition down the street. Price differences on some parts vary significantly.
Efficient, reliable, and organized. I've dealt with pep boys and advanced autos but no one is as good as Napa. Any questions I have are always solved with usually just a phone call and call in/pick ups for parts are always a breeze. Customer service is also a 10 and pretty diverse with employees who tend to speak more languages than just english. This place is a definite first option for me.
Good service good store friendly staff they had helped me before very knowledgeable staff. Convenient location at lindley st. They have a large inventory it might be bit more money then AutoZone but is much better service and part are brand name. Store is clean and staff is very respectful.
I deal with this location on a daily basis and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Everyone is always ready to help and if they dont have something in stock 9 times out of 10 they can get it the same day. I recommend this location to anyone i know, they always going above and beyond to help me out!! There prices are always good and the costumer service is always great!!
