My credit was not great. But the team all banded together to get my car within the same day. They were all on top of everything. They explained everything and were patient with me to get all my documents. The car is beautiful. I highly recommend !! Frank and Angel were great !

recently purchased a vehicle from ct auto and it’s been a frustrating experience. Soon after buying the car, I discovered it had a serious transmission problem. I reached out to the dealership, expecting some support or accountability, but they refused to take responsibility Buying a car is a big investment, and I trusted Ct auto to sell me a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, their unwillingness to stand behind their sale has been disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy buying experience.

Thanks to CT Auto and their fair pricing I get to enjoy my new (to me) Porsche Cayenne. We drove about two hours to look at the car and it was totally worth it. LIES, RUST, BUSTED FRAME, BUSTED ENGINE! I wish I could give this business no stars. I bought a car from them in March of 2023 and the seller’s name was Chris. Made the sale of the vehicle and transportation super easy to DUMP JUNK onto my hands. The listing did not disclose the rust bucket the car truly was. There are multiple spots of the frame that are rusted completely through and the suspension linkage was rusted to the point where it broke completely and Chris told me it was a loose spare tire jiggling around. This was not a safe vehicle to be on the road let alone be sold. The cooling system was also full of block sealer, the stuff used to hide a blown head gasket, the car grenades it’s own motor within 2,000 miles of me driving it mildly. They covered a rust bucket with a blown engine to make a quick buck off of me. Chris then promised me to help fix the car which fell through, then promised to send me my money back and he has been dodging my texts and calls since. Do not do business with this dealership or Chris unless you want a heaping pile of junk and be lied to every step of the way.
I Just purchased my new(Soul Red 2016 Mazda 3, Hatchback from CT Auto Inc in Bridgeport). Orlando and Frank were great to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. Orlando let me to take the Mazda for an "EXCESSIVELY LONG TEST DRIVE" BY MYSELF... and to my mechanic without even leaving a deposit! Anyway.....long story, short, It took me almost a month to cobble together the $3800.00 downpayment from 2 tax refunds. I guess it was meant for this particular car to be mine. Other people were interested in it, but I was the only one who got bank approval to finance the Mazda. Orlando and Frank (the finance Manager) worked very hard to get me the loan at a monthly payment I could afford. If you are looking for a great used car, their selection is pretty awesome, Orlando, Frank, and their crew are really nice guys, they speak Spanish, they got JOKES, they will work really hard to put you behind the wheel of your DREAM MACHINE, or at least something that you can afford! Check out their cars online. I am down at the beach in my new hotrod....Living La Vida Loca!!! HAPPY EASTER

I was helping my daughter to find a suitable car for college, but in the middle of the covid crisis it was challenging to say the least. We stopped at CT Auto to look at a car we saw online. Orlando was very helpful. We wanted to look at some other cars before we made a decision and didn't receive any pressure to buy. We returned after looking at several other vehicles and I pointed out a couple minor mechanical items on the car which were addressed without question. The negotiations were fair and reasonable and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I personally have never been fond of purchasing from a dealer. But I must say in this case we were well taken care of and if I need a car in the future, I'll be back. (She's driven the car for a month now and it's been running great.)

Today was my first time at a dealership and I was always terrified mainly nervous about having bad credit. I have spent the past 2 weeks looking around for a car and no luck, scam, no one ever getting back to me. The experience was great, in fact amazing. Everything was very quick and easy. I got a 2007 Mazda 6 and was approved even with my bad credit and they payment are something within my budget. Alex was my representative he was very professional and laid back which is great. I went in paperwork was already all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle and decide, then I drove off with it. Met Nate the owner and I realized that they are a great bunch of people there and they really try to work with you to make sure you understand everything. Alex explained everything very well to me and answered all questions I had. Definitely would highly recommend that everyone check them out. Great service, prices and inventory. Great experience.
