Best towing company out there My car was dead wouldn’t turn on he called a friend got it jump started just enough to get off flat bed. The price was low as can be for the top tier customer service. Went above and beyond and didn’t need to. These guys are the real deal.

Needed a tow in the middle of the night, called Big Sam’s and they were there extremely quick. Driver was prompt and professional. They sent pics when they arrived and when the car was loaded and dropped off. Fair price for an emergency tow. I Had the car picked up the next day to go to a body shop, and they didn’t charge me any extra hidden fees. Will recommend Big Sam’s!
Called back in the beginning of May around 10pm to have my car towed from Stamford to Bridgeport, I was told it would be 3 hours and $175. When I called back after 4 hours and nobody showing up, I was told the shift changed and now it would be $400 and another 2 hours!!!
Absolutely horrible service that left us stranded in the cold all night.
Found another company out of Fairfield at 3am, cost a bit more, but the guy arrived in 30 min and got us home.
Never trust these people!!!
I called Big Sam sitting with my car dead on a busy road! He was quick and efficient, worked with me on pricing and even gave my battery a charge. my battery died 3.5hrs from home at midnight. i waited over 2 hours for 2 diff roadside services and no one ever showed. i called Big Sam after finding his business on google. not only does he show up within 30 mins, he brought me a used battery to get me to where i was going 7 hours away BUT he also checked in within periodically over the next 7 hrs to make sure i was ok. other than paying him and hugging both him and his son, the only thing he asked for was an honest review on google to help promote his family owned business. the most common reaction i recd from my friends/family after telling them my experience was "i was a good person and i deserved to have a good person help me when i needed it" there is nothing else i can say about this man and his son.. other than thank you
Call them because my daughters car had a flat tire. And I was out of state, he was very helpful over the phone and arrived at my daughters within 15 minutes. Great guy, I recommend him 100%

I called the company for someone to help me to jump start my car which I was happy for. Unfortunately the car could not start because that battery was clearly dead. He still charged me a full service and still couldn’t move my car to at least reach Autozone for. New battery. I don’t believe I was supposed to be charged a full service since the car never started.
Big Sam's towing was careful with removing vehicles however the legalities on his business part are questionable.

Big Sam the removal of vehicle's were very careful however charging $175 x 2 vehicle's removed in a tenant landlord dispute (civil matter) you towed (removed) a wheelchair disabled person's property without a court order or eviction in place, this action is documented by Stratford CT police feel free to get your report if you feel you have been a victim of illegal practice's by the home owner who deceived you Big Sam not the tenant.
The tenant was very thankful for the careful removal of 2 vehicle's this is not a negative review just stating the facts that transpired the day of your service thank you.
Question ; Does Big Sam's towing own the vehicle storage parking lot you offer as customer service ?
Big Sam saved us tonight!! Car battery died and he came to the rescue in 10 minutes and the dude was so nice and courteous and was even able to back our car into our driveway. Seriously nicest towing company ever, and super reasonably priced!
Big Sam helped me transport a project car from New York to CT. He arrived to the location in Queens NY on time. He was polite, friendly and professional. Sam communicated with me during traffic delays. I would use them again and the next car buy will be towed by Big Sam.
