Customer service is useless. Waited long enough to search the internet to find the same item at another store. Walked out and did my shopping elsewhere at half the price. They also never seem to have anything in stock. It's always going to be available tomorrow.
I went here for the first time (despite growing up in Woodland Park) to buy a turn signal relay. Now I'm kicking myself for not using them sooner. Staff is awesome, transaction was fast. So helpful and their selection for general inventory was better than anywhere else in town. I recommended them to the rest of my family as well.
This past week, I had a rear brake light out. I stopped in our local NAPA. I was promptly greeted. I explained that the brake light was out and that I have never had to change one as my husband always did that for us but passed away last fall. Parish quickly got me the light bulb. He changed it explaining while he worked. What a wonderful service for me! Painless, right? It's so nice to know there are people like him and this local business cares
I gave them a star for finding the part and a star for delivery. What I didn't give stars for were the huge mark up on the parts. Nearly double what other parts store were charging. I could have paid a tow truck to haul me to a store and still saved money. 240$ for a belt and tensioner. I wound up having to replace my a/c pump as well, but decided it was best to pay a friend to drive 240 miles each way with a pump for me due to the cost of this store. The cost of the a/c pump was $148 from oreillys, they also quoted a little over $100 less on the belt and tensioner. Wish I didn't buy em here! As I was still stranded in the heat all day, then spent the night in the cold. My friend showed up at 230am, we put the pump on and I was on the road by 5am. I could not have even got the part from here until about 10am.
Whenever I go in I am normally working on a piece of my equipment. They don't have a make and model they can just plug in, so it's a lot harder for them to look up. But they take the time to do it properly and always get me what I need. They aren't just there to sell you stuff. They take the time to make sure what you are getting is gonna work for you. They even gave my boy a free Hot Wheels car while we were in there. Can't beat customer service like that!
Had some hydraulic hoses made by Camille. She did a great job, even with my funky modifications from the original hose I bought in, she got me everything I needed, including the odd-ball DIN fittings. This store is better stocked than Parker/MFCP in Colorado Springs for hydraulics.
Jim and Kyle are always in for a challenge when ever they have to assist me because I seldom have "ordinary" needs!
They always find a solution for me, though! And I appreciate them for that!

Great place for everything motorized! Custome hydraulic hose made new battery for a backhoe in minutes with friendly informed service! Don't waste your time going to another store the prices and inventory will have you set!
I have always trusted NAPA parts. This location has a knowledgeable, courteous staff that was able to quickly get me the right parts at a fair price. I will continue doing business with them whenever I need auto parts.
I really like this place, every time I haven't been able to find something elsewhere they have it or have something I can use in place of what I need. Staff is very helpful also. I should probably just start going here first.
Took our 2009 Yukon XL to grease and go for an oil change just before hitting the road for an 8 hour trip. About 5 hours into the trip vehicle started to smoke and burn oil so we pulled over to a hotel to spend the night and check the car out. To our disappointment we discovered the oil drain plug had not been properly.
Kyle at Napa was able to deliver us the parts and supplies we needed put the car back together and get back on the road. Their professionalism and customer service was impeccable. A++++

Most of the time they'll have parts that other stores in town don't. Jim is knowledgable and will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Love the office dogs that make it to work.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Jim, and the other employees at this shop. I had a misfiring spark plug and I came in to get a spark plug socket. I pulled the plug and verified it was bad so I got new plugs. I started pulling more plugs and found damage in the wiring. I bought new spark plug wires and It started to snow in their parking lot. I was offered tools, a garage, and a place to wash up afterwards to get me out of the snow and home faster. These guys are top notch. Dont go anywhere but here for automotive parts in woodland park.
They've always seemed to have what you need; the odd ball engine assembly tool or bearing, or the log splitter hydraulic filter.. but always at a slightly higher cost. Parking is always easy, people at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable, and it is easy to spot from the highway. Also a plus, they carry BG products. Only napa and carquest seem to. Napa also has large box containers of battery acid for sale; if you are a solar guy, this is cheaper than re servicing the deep cycles, and if you are close to town, and a commercial business, they will deliver.
NAPA usually has what I'm looking for. You might pay a little more but I've found NAPA parts are higher quality. Furthermore the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Great auto parts store! I've been buying parts here for 15 years and Jim, Kyle, Tony, Taylor are all great people to work with. The prices are generally as good as any store in the area plus you get quality NAPA parts.
Very very nice store very clean up to date impressed with all of the stock everything so nice and organized the staff here is very knowledgeable they pretty much are mechanics that are retired or as much knowledge as a mechanic these guys know what they're doing and they have the best parts on hand if not within 1 business day usually and their warranties are way better than all of the competitors Jim store is very nice compared to a lot of other Napa's I've been in he got to come in to see it tell him I sent you
