Aaron helped me with choosing windshield wipers for my RV. I had already been to an RV supply store, where they were unable to find the right wipers. Aaron looked at the one from the RV and immediately knew which ones to get. Then, he knew all about the best product for bonding metal to metal. Don't let his youth fool you; he knows his stuff! Super helpful and pleasant. Ultra professional and is O'Reilly's best foot forward.

Im a mobile mechanic in Colorado. Autozone said they had my part and I showed up to get it and they said they have to order it. Thank God oreillys had the starter i needed. Thank you for being reliable and having this part and being ready when I got there. You will have my business much more in our futures. The Wandering Repairman...

I'm typically an AutoZone guy, but it's not beyond me to shop with O'Reilly's. But I do want to say that I went in here to pick up a friend's order, and the employee behind the desk went to every length to attempt finding a part that was elusive and hard to find. We never did find the part but it seems like it could have been something that came with another part rather than being an individual. So with that being said I will say the customer service was great and I was able to get everything else I was after.

I have found used oil on the place. O'Reilly allows you to bring in 5 gallons per day. It's very easy to drop off.

Barely made it back from the springs, had to keep my foot on gas pedal entire time even at red lights while holding the break. Finally made it here cuz someone told me they would help me out and scan my car for free. I sat there in the parking lot for a long time while still keeping my foot on the gas pedal, so my car wouldn't shut off. I called twice the guy said he was gonna come out and never did. He also had a smug attiude. I lt was an emergency and they couldn't care less to help me. Will not be coming here again!!!! Horrible service!!!!!

Exceptional customer service. Had what I needed and located near the hotel I was staying at. Can't ask for more than that! Many blessings for the remainder of the year to the staff!

I needed to replace my parts as soon as possible, so I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Woodland Park. The staff was so friendly and helped me out of my situation like it was their own. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get home safely. If you're looking for auto parts with great customer care, O'Reilly Auto Parts is the place for you. They are very friendly and professional. Got stranded in Woodland Park when my driveshaft carrier bearing failed. Called around different parts stores and got very little help when I gave them the submodel of the truck, they said they couldn't find anything and let me go. Then I called this location to check if they had anything, and Miguel picked up. He hit the same roadblock, but rather than give up, he asked me more questions. We were able to narrow it down and find a couple of options for a driveshaft that would fit. He never pushed me to get the more expensive one, gave me multiple options, and gave me a solid timeline for delivery of parts. Customer service like that is harder and harder to find these days, and Miguel saved me from having to tow my truck to the dealer. Update: This store, and Miguel in particular got me home THE NEXT DAY when other parts stores in town were telling me they could get the right parts the next week. I had an apparently uncommon for the area configuration on my truck between the bed length, cab style, wheelbase, engine, trans, and trim level (F-150 XLT w the supercrew, 6 1/2 ft bed, 5.0 6 spd) It's a touristy area and I guess the locals have higher trims w short beds. Other parts stores just looked up that specifically and told me it would take 4-9 days to get a driveshaft. Napa told me over a week, Advance sold me the wrong part (I had to MacGyver a fix to get me and my girlfriend to a hotel), and AutoZone told me 4 days. This store however, Miguel did extra digging and found parts that fit the same cab/bed/wheelbase/drivetrain, but for a King Ranch trim package that could arrive the next day. Sure enough, Miguel put in the order at 8:15 pm, the part arrived at 9 AM the next day, it fit like a glove, and I was able to drive home and 1000+ miles later I'm still driving on the parts that I bought here. The service here and the extra mile these employees put in saved my weekend and got me what I needed sooner. A++

It’s always been a pleasant experience coming here. Staff is always friendly. I’ve had the least amount of issues going here compared to other parts stores in Woodland.

Good place for oil and they even recycle your old oil! Came in today for parts for my steering gear, Jeremiah and Troy were great! They were able to apply some rewards I have even when corporate wouldn’t resolve whatever.

Update March 2024: OKAY this store has redeemed itself and is a FULL 5 STARS!!! Excellent excellent staff and customer service! Past Reviews: They are great with getting the needed parts delivered to Woodland Park very quickly, their prices are fair, and the employees are very helpful when you call or are in the store. Update January 2023: The customer service has greatly declined here. When you order parts that come up from Colorado Springs they may arrive that day, the next day, or 3 days from now....and this location does not call you anymore to let you know the part is in. There are a few employees that just blantantly ignore you, and I don't want to say it's because I am a woman....but can't help but feel that way. They seem surprised I know car parts, and tend to dismiss me. The only employee I have consistent quality service from is Shawn/Sean....we talk about Ford trucks and parts! He is very helpful and responsive! Updated May 2023: Well...Anthony the manager restored my faith in this store and rating went from 3 to 5 stars! Kudos Anthony! He was patient and made sure I got exactly what I came for. In addition, he was very polite and professional and was handling 3 customers at one time, and still managed to be attentive to all! Updated July 2023: Have to say that this location has renewed my faith in them! Customer service had really started to dive there for awhile, but things have changed....for the good. They call when parts come in that have been ordered, they have people willing to help find parts in the store, and attitudes are much improved! Update August 2023: I wish this location was more consistent. There are times this place is very helpful and the staff are great, and there are times that the staff are just rude and dismissive. This past visit was the rude and dismissive with Anthony, manager. Please don't talk to me like I am an idiot because I don't know the layout of the store. Update April 2024: Everyone at the store right now is AMAZING! From Anthony to Devin to Tristan, Christian, and Emily! The staff are wonderful and so helpful! Our go-to place for car parts!!!!!

My visit this time was just to return a core. I bought a new alternator in Lincoln Nebraska. Of course I lost the receipt, but all the info was under my phone number. In and out with my $70 core charge put back in my credit card in about 2 mins. I'm always able to get in and out of this store quickly. Not one time have I wanted to take over their computer and look up what I need myself. They always seem to have people working that understand it doesn't matter if my truck is 2wd or 4wd when all I need is some wiper blades. Other parts stores I dread going into sometimes, but not this one.

Love these guys! They don't treat me like I'm an idiot just because I'm a woman. They are the only parts store that usually has my parts in stocks and I get coupons for $5, $10, and $20 off, all the time!

I’m horrible with names. The guys at the woodland park, CO store are awesome. I’m great at breaking machines. I have been to this store for both of my trucks, and all kinds of parts for my atv. I like fixing the stuff I break. The guys at this store are always good for ideas, and they know what they’re talking about

I love this parts store! They are always friendly, helpful, go the extra mile and they don't treat me like I am ignorant (which I am when discussing automotive). They generally have the items we need, even for a smaller town, and are willing to order what they don't. You guys rock!!

This is the only part store i go to. Doc and the guys are great. I will say Amanda and Gavin are truly missed they were my favorite people there. Mostly have what im looking for or it gets ordered and usually is same day or next day. Some parts take longer but this is just my experience .

DOC provided outstanding service to me when I stopped in O’Reilly’s to buy new wiper blades. He educated me on the various brands, advised me of the correct size blades and he even SHOWED ME HOW TO INSTALL THEM. This man exhibited the BEST customer service, reminiscent of the last century! My whole day was great afterwards. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doc was great. He really knows his stuff. Helped my husband on several different occasions so we could get on the road. Thank you for your outstanding service and experience.

Went in the other day and had to wait for a part, John started talking to me about awesome gadgets and info about cars and batteries. I felt like I learned something and it was cool to be around someone so enthusiastic over the topic. A great experience all around.

Decent prices, decent selection but won’t take back a jack after we used it because it’s the wrong size for our vehicle. Sabrina is less than compassionate about helping us out. We got stranded on the side of the road across the street and we have to spend another 50-60 bucks to buy a new one.

Horrible experience. Wasn't gonna let the world know what a horrible person they have working there, but now I've had two run ins with her and I can't let it go. There's a short, heavier set, 25 years old or so brunette that works at this particular store that I wouldn't hire to clean up my dog's poop. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, ever! And I've now heard this from three different people. Hopefully I can get them to write a review about her too. I swear she must be high on the job, she reeks! She made me feel like an idiot as I was talking to her at the front counter. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles but I know more than a three-year-old, and that's how she treated me. Fire her! I won't step foot again in the store until she is, and I know some large educational institutes in the town that would agree with me as well.

I save 5 stars for sustained superior performance. This shop is all about fast and friendly service and every person behind the counter is in the flow of things. If you have time to listen to some quick advice they can save your day. Always a pleasure!
