There always seems to be an issue with the manager when we come here. He is absolutely unwilling to help you. In fact, he tells you to do his job for him. Save yourself time and try a different store.

My husband always took care of our cars. When i recently possibly needed a new battery, I stopped into my local AutoZone. I was quickly met and the customer service rep, Matthew, went outside to check my car's battery. Yep, I needed it replaced. He changed it for me. I also needed new coolant and my car requires a certain one. I was directed to it by a wonderful worker and some brake fluid. When I brought out my other purchases out, they added some of the coolant to my car for me! What a relief. Great and cimpetent workers!

It was alright got the usual 1 guy knows his stuff and the other/s know enough to try and give you the wrong stuff. But such is life and luckily I knew better. Kid with a mullet you have information please fact check yourself before delivering said info to others.

So I normally go to autozone and get what I need and everytime they’re super helpful and friendly. But this time, I went in for two pcv elbow joints and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and told me several times those didn’t go on my jeep. And then asked if I’ve even seen them on my engine. So I went to a different parts store and they helped me out and knew what I was talking about and sure enough, they’re called pcv valves. So unless you wanna get questioned about what’s on your engine, go here. If not, go elsewhere.

Make sure you get help from anyone else BUT BART! (manager) He's an older guy who is extremely arrogant and full of himself in his knowledge. 1st off mocking a family member of mine over not wanting a part from autozone cause he got a cheaper price elsewhere, then another family member who was returning an item, and a third family member who also has had words with BART. They place the item on the counter with the receipt on top and Bart pushed the receipt off the item and said "I don't need that" in a rude tone. Then goes to refund on the card used and we asked him if we need the actual card we used or is it automatic, and he said "well DUH"- referring to needing the card in hand. This guy is a JOKE and clearly has POOR customer service.

The management here is top notch. They always go out of their way for you. I try to always work with them because of their knowledge. This has been my go to auto store for sometime now. Thank you for being the best!

My cars battery died when I was refueling, lucky for me I was just in front of the store. Will was super friendly and grabbed a battery tester and a starter to help me get the car in front of the shop. He sold me a new battery and installed it for me, he was being super careful with my car and the installation. Overall a fantastic service and I would definitely come back

Went to get my girlfriends check engine light figured out. Two nice men there the first said he's never seen a car with more issues and the computer said it was too broken to fix. The second guy said we were better off using it as a shooting target. Sad but very funny, made my day

Very helpful people. But they did not ask for my rewards card. I had a problem with getting a discount from their website. Manager said he needed a bar code to scan. The website with the code I will receive a -------- discount. I showed the manager the ad and gave me my discount.

Friendly and helpful. My husband and I were able to get a high quality new battery for our car and install it right in the parking lot (though pricewise, certainly higher than walmart - $180 for a 2009 Subaru Forester battery versus 80 - quality almost certainly much higher).

This place has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was lucky enough to break down right next to it. One of the employees offered to jump my car and when that didn’t work, an employee by the name of Blue, found me the right part and spent an hour with me, helping me install it!

I usually dread going into this store. Without boring you with the details, let's just say I haven't had the greatest experiences. But today was completely different. I barely got in the door and someone welcomed me from the registers and immediately asked what I needed help with. It only went up from there. His name is Giovanni. Never saw him there before and never got treated so well. He helped me fix my car, suggested some other things to get checked out that he noticed may need attention, and was so pleasant and professional. I was actually in a bit of shock from the amazing customer care.

The service was fantastic and the employees were so helpful! We were traveling from a different state and our alternator went out and the employees here were able to help us put in the new one and even let us borrow the tools to get the job done. Thank you Blue for saving our vacation!!!

I went purchase windshield wipers and purchased the Bosch brand. They are working flawlessly during the rain and hailstorm today. Service is great. They installed wipers. Please don't ask them to replace your blades when it's raining; these guys deserve more respect than that.

I came in for a headlight change and Giovanni changed it for me. I have a Subaru and it is a real pain to change out. It took awhile to change it but he was very patient and very helpful. Auto Zone is very fortunate to have an employee like him. I was very impressed with the service he provided.

Great customer service. Smiling, happy, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Giovanni is the one that always seems to be available when I come in, and is one of the reasons that I shop here. I am not a car do-it-yourselfever, so when I need help it is nice to have someone like Giovanni to give me good advice.

I ordered some parts for my car. The clerk that ordered them told it would be a few days due to Xmas season. No worries. He also said they would call me when the parts came in. Two weeks later, they had never called so I called them. Sure enough, the parts had been sitting there for a week. The original clerk told me, "come in and give the clerk your phone number and they'll get your parts". New female clerk asked me for make/model/part. I told her I had already ordered my parts and they were in and under my phone number. She refused to listen, or didn't know her job at all, and insisted, loudly and sarcastically, that she had to walk me all the way through make/model/part needed. Then she proceeded to tell me they would have to be ordered. - they will not listen at this location - they will not call you when your parts come in - they are obviously not training new employees
