Quick to arrive, extremely helpful and professional in the midst of the accident I had been in along with great service when I went to the tow yard for pickup. Have used them for assistance in past years as well and have never been disappointed.

Had my vehicle in a ditch way out on solar road. And they came and got me out and took it home for me. I am grateful that they came no questions asked for the lowest price quoted after having to call every tow place and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about there service of expertise.
Was off-roading near telluride/Ouray and broke my Jeep. They were able to take my Jeep all the way to Loveland,CO, not to mention I called at midnight and they picked up first ring. I like watching Matt’s Off-road Recovery and these guys did a great job just like them.
Tim was excellent to work with. After buying a truck in Telluride, he arranged to bring it back home to Denver for me when most companies turned me away. Very prompt, courteous, and gave me a great value for the extremely long trip. Thank you!
Not necessarily a company you look forward to reviewing however given the circumstances I was very pleased. These guys got to our car very quickly even though it had been snowing for two days. When he arrived he was very friendly and took extra precaution not to damage the car in anyway. Hopefully I'll never need this company again but if I do ever need another tow I would have zero reservations calling these guys.
I find it funny they provide all these pictures of recovering vehicles off mountain sides but refused to come down 3 miles on a rocky road to CHANGE MY TIRE in fear they would break their truck. They made me wait 2 hours just to call me and say they are turning around because the road was "too rough" for them!
They earned my highest recommendation and appreciation. I needed a tow from the middle of nowhere 120 miles away from their service area in the middle of the night on a Sunday. ( thru AAA) They accepted the call when they didn’t have to even though AAA pays them a flat rate. The driver Brian was kind, courteous and careful. He even gave us a ride home. If you are anywhere around Western Colorado and need a tow, Apex is your answer every time! Thanks again, Brian, you have restored my faith in humanity!

About 2 1/2 weeks back we broke down on Hwy 50 about 30 miles outside of Montrose with no cell reception.... Towing our popup camper en route to Ft Collins, and with 3 young kids in the car. Needless to say I was a bit frazzled and not too thrilled. Call AAA and in less time than I was quoted, Tim with Apex come out and gave us EXCEPTIONAL service- Professional, Courteous, and even Empathetic. Not only did he do a swift and thorough job towing our Suburban, but he went the extra mile. We ended up needing to camp at a tiny campground near there for over 48 hrs while we waited on a dealer-only part for repair. I later needed a way to get back 30+ miles into Montrose to retrieve our car once repairs were finished. Again, I didn't have cell coverage, and it's not exactly Uber/Lyft country out there. I texted Tim asking if he could possibly come back out there to get me and bring me back to Montrose. I offered him gas money, which I thought was the least I could offer. He wrote me back the following: "Ok we'd be glad to help. Just let me know when you'd like to be back. And I'll fit it in. What we'd ask in return is an honest review on places like Yelp and google. Gas money isn't needed but thank you. We just consider it part of getting the job done sir. We like to see it through." Realize- this was on a SUNDAY, no less. While I ended up not needing the extra ride, it was incredible offer nonetheless.
Here you go Tim- once again I feel like this review is the LEAST I could do for you. The man and the company are a CLASS ACT and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Montrose surrounding area.

I was traveling through Montrose on my way back to Colorado Springs and my truck broke down. I was stranded on the side of the road and needed help fast. I called Apex and they came out to help right away. They were very professional and friendly!! I highly recommend this company!!
I was on a road trip and hit an animal and my vehicle was unsafe to drive. Called Tim with Apex, he picked up my vehicle and assisted with the insurance and repairs after getting me to town (Montrose). Very helpful and accommodating!
