I wouldn't even give them a star once I find another recycling company these guys can kicks rocks! Worthless rude people who are lazy and cant seem to do their jobs correctly!
Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars for this company. Their customer service is deplorable.
I tried to cancel my service online over a week ago. they said they would contact me the next day & did not. If they called me, they never left a message. I have been trying follow up to cancel my service for over 3 hours this morning. I can get to a representative, who then transfers me to the cancellation dept. & I have been in that que for over an hour. The live Chat rep took over 25 minutes to engage me online, & when they did, I was going to the bathroom, & they dropped me when I didn't respond in less than two minutes. I cannot get to a local representative, or a local number. I do not reccomend them under any circumstances.
Terrible Service over multiple years. So bad the entire City of Ouray canceled service with WM. When I tried to cancel my business service; they have acted like a Mob based confidence scheme. No service, lied about a "contract" and provided no service for over 2 months, WM- don't go away mad; just go away!
WM is reliable and easy. The drivers are always friendly. I appreciate the reminders of holiday schedule changes. WM makes trash removable almost effortless!
I'd give this recycling center 5 stars if their hours weren't so strict. Sometimes they close at 4 sometimes 1-2:00pm. I finally noticed the sign, "closed due to high winds." I can understand that! I live up in the hills near Delta, and it's constantly windy. I actually saw 2 deer running around the recycling place. They must be hungry to go searching for food scraps at a recycling center. ??
Anyway - it's a great place to recycle except the hours! I don't get off work until 4:30, but most people get off at 5. How are they expected to recycle if the gate is only open while they're at work???
This is THE worst company we deal with in our business. Waste Mgmt raises prices more often than any other firm we deal with. Then, when we try to resolve the bill it takes hours on the phone. Deal with any other company than this. We will be doing the same
New to the area. Not sure how to rate facility but was curious where to bring debris and collected litter from river ecosystems and surrounding areas that need cleaned up.
