Called them with a stuck slide out. They accommodated me within a day. Quickly diagnosed as a bad controller, which they had in stock. Had me on my way in a couple of hours.
These guys are great guys, and are very experienced and professional. They also do mobile work, but the shop is clean and orderly. Most importantly, they have all the necessary diagnostic tools.
We had a slide motor replaced last summer. The work was done quickly and seemed to be correct. We also started getting mice last summer and could not figure out how they were getting in. We finally discovered that after the repairs, none of the screws on the underbelly where the repairs were made had been replaced, making an easy way for the mice to get in. After replacing all the missing screws and still having issues, we found the other side had been loosened and not retightened. While the repair work was great, the lack of completing the job caused us a summer of battling mice.
Only had to make 1 phone call and knew I made the right choice. Talked to Keith and explained the problem with one of my slide outs. Curtis (the Tec)called me within 30 minutes and we discussed what was going on. Made an appointment for later that afternoon and everything went great. Problem fixed! Thank you R&R Rv.
Was in Loveland Colorado for a 2 night stay. After setting up I notice a problem under the camper with the shakles on the leaf springs. I knew this was not a good sign and could cause me some serious problems and would be very dangerous. Called Keith and he was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule to get me back on my way home the next day. His technician was friendly and very helpful. These guys are awesome and when in the area would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them if you need service. Thank you Keith, it was greatly appreciated.
Keith was expert, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as he helped acquire and install the appropriate house, batteries for our conversion van and a new MPPT charge controller. We felt so lucky that he was able to work us in and appreciated him coming in after hours to make it possible for us to get our van and travel back to the Western slope. Awesome experience.

Driving thru to Ft. Collins and this guy answered his phone and said he could see me on the way to town to look at AC that was just replaced in Florida. He fixed issue in about 5 minutes and we were back on the road. What a great guy and great service. Saved the rest of our trip. Thank you.

I needed an oil change immediately. And he took me in as fast as he could and got to work right away. He's a good guy. I would recommend this place to any one. He didn't have to do that, but he did. He didn't make me wait. Good conversation and he's got a really cool dog. I got nothing bad to say about this man or his business. I recommend anyone to go there. Just call him first and he'll take care of business.
This place is great for all RV repairs. Keith is honest about what needs to be done and the price and always has the work done on time. Very fair pricing.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Called Keith early in the morning about trailer brake issue on brand new camper. We were a stranded customer traveling through on a family trip to South Dakota. Keith wasn't hesitant at all, he said get it here and I will take a look at it! No appointment or anything and he got it in and fixed the problem within a couple hours, and got us back on the road for South Dakota. Truly exceptional customer service, really cared for getting us back on the road for our trip. If your looking for a shop that really Truly cares for their customers do yourself a favor and choose this shop! Keith and his team are life savers! We appreciate you guys going above and beyond!
We were traveling from Texas to Alaska and developed an issue with our awning. Called multiple places along our route and nobody would help until we reached Kevin at R&R. He said he would take a look as soon as we could get there. We arrived around 10:45 AM and were back on the road by 11:00 with repairs completed. He was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. Highly recommend if you need RV repair north of Denver, CO.
Our leaf springs broke during our trip and he was able to get the repair done the very next day. He did a great job, very reliable and professional. We highly recommend him for any RV repairs.

As a solo female, it’s hard to know what to expect when needing services for vehicles and trailers. I brought in a 13ft Scamp, and was extremely pleased with my experience with Keith and R&R. The final invoice was less than expected, he went above and beyond in repairs and explaining options for improvements, and he taught me how to properly winterize my trailer. I absolutely recommend R&R for camper/rv needs, and will certainly be returning with my own future needs. I really appreciate a service provider who isn’t pushy and is willing to take time to help me learn how to better take care of my belongings. Grateful to have a Wellington-based camper service provider I can trust!!!
Hands down the best repair shop I have ever worked with! Did a great job with our repairs and for a fair price. No hidden fees or surprises. It was worth the drive from Cheyenne to Wellington! We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Discovered my tire had a leak in Colorado. I took it in to a Discount tire and they said the valve was leaking and supposedly fixed it. On my way home, my tire light came on again and I was losing pressure. I pulled off the interstate with my 8 year old, miles from any town, and was trying to figure out what to do. Keith pulled up and asked if he could put my spare on. He had it done in a matter of seconds and my son and I were able to make it back to WY safely. He was very professional and courteous. We can’t thank him enough for helping us out. We appreciate him and his business very much!
I bet there is tons of mobile repair on Google I got lucky and stumbled on this small business R&R mobile repair. My Furnace went bad on my new Rv. And I’m glad I found these guys. They found the problem with my Rv then fixed it right away, they stayed in communication with me thru out the whole time. I loved how awesome and affordable they are. They even accept Extended Warranty’s. I will definitely be calling them again.
Keith is awesome! Went to go try and thaw my sewer pipe this morning after the freeze so I could drain my tanks and the pipe was completely blown out. Called Keith up and he was able to squeeze me in. Very thankful it worked out and he was able to fix my pipe right up. Will definitely call him again for any other repairs I might need.
Keith has been working with me for months to get our shuttles up and running! He went above and beyond to research what we needed as our vehicles aren't the standard RV. He gave us fair assessments and pricing of the work and parts needed to get our shuttles running smoothly. And they both work great! Keith was AMAZING! Our furnace stopped working and it was cold! We were coming in from out of state and he met us after hours at our campsite and fixed our issues so we would have heat.
