Lisa is extremely rude and unprofessional. Told my husband not to come back because when I used to work there they don’t like that I talk. I will never go back ever again
Okay I will first say that I thought it would be a great relief to have a Napa auto parts store in Wellington. Being one of those few guys who still works on his own vehicles- I expected that this would be a godsend. Unfortunately over the last 2 years, every time I've gone in looking for tools, parts, hoses... literally anything at all for Automotive they have not had 1 item I needed short of overpriced two-stroke oil and fuses. I cannot figure out what they actually sell here but it is not Auto Parts as far as I can see. A lot of people are complaining and wondering why they're building an O'Reilly's in town... hopefully this helps to explain that. People need an auto parts store that actually sells Auto Parts and tools for those Auto Parts.
*Update, I have been back a few times recently and I found the service and selection has improved, in our world competition helps drive effort (sometimes). I won't say its perfect but they are trying and it's worth at least another star!
Pretty awful staff. Not helpful at all and apparently the "Masks Required" is for customers only because I've never seen any of the staff wearing one or even having one nearby.
The hours of operation need a makeover. Basically closed before you leave for work, closed when you get home from work, and closed on Sunday. If you get a check engine light go somewhere else, apparently that's asking too much to have a little customer service. This store is competing with fort collins and offers nothing to encourage local support. Best of luck when O'Reilly opens.
If all the positive reviews were true the town wouldn't be building an O'Reilly auto parts store less than 1/4 mile from NAPA. I can't help but wonder if this store did their job properly there wouldn't be a need for 2 auto part stores near the main intersection of town.
I have received wrong parts on multiple occasions. Today they forget to get my part when they said it will be in the afternoon.
There prices are super ridiculous. Thank God there is another part shop being built in town.
Way overpriced. Salespeople do not know the difference between products for gas vs diesel vehicles. I sent someone to buy a specific product. I gave the exact name of what I needed. They were read the exact item from a text. Instead of listening to what was asked for, they sold the incorrect item saying it was the same thing. It was double the price. Something similar has actually happened before. I will not give them another chance. They were also rude the last time I went. Will drive to a north Fort Collins store next time. Hope the rumor is true that a new auto parts store is coming to Wellington. Maybe they will train their employees.
Knowledgeable staff that are friendly too. They typically always have what I need. A few items are higher than other places, bit better than making a trip to FC just for a part.
We came in around 11:30am on a Monday. There was only one gentleman working at the time. He was very nice but a little rushed (there were a few others). We did have to stand and wait in between customers. Once Chris came in to help it went much quicker. Chris was very helpful and spent a few minutes researching a special oil cap for our Volvo. Even though this place was understaffed, the friendliness from the parts guys made up for it. Big thanks to Chris Padilla for all the help!!!
Almost always have what we need and if not they order it. Always gets there in a timely manner. Every employee has been awesome so far. We are thankful!
Great locally owned and operated store. I work in a local farm garage, so I shop here at least twice a week. If I have a question they always point me in a direction to get an answer, if they can't answer it themselves. They have pretty much everything you might need on hand and if they don't they can usually get it there within the day.
The Wellington, Colorado Napa store is the worst Napa store I've ever been to. Visited this store today to return a lug nut wrench that wasn't needed. I purchased the wrench less than a week ago from this very store and had a receipt. The woman working at this store was extremely unfriendly from the start. I explained my wife told me she needed this wrench so she had one in her car and that I discovered she already had one so the wrench had not been used. She proceeded to inspect the wrench for over 5 minutes trying to find a scratch or spec of dirt on it so she could refuse the return. Again, this was brand new and had not been used. After seeing her disgust that she had to issue a refund, I apologized to her for her having to process a return and said I didn't think it would be such an issue seeing how I had a receipt and it clearly hadn't been used. I had to tell her if she didn't accept the return I would flood the internet with numerous reviews on how I was being treated before she agreed. She was so rude and sets such a bad example of a Napa employee. She acted like she was,the manager but I find it hard to believe someone this nasty could possibly hold that position. I will never set foot in this store again. The extra 15 minute drive for me to shop at a store in Fort Collins is well worth it. A store like the Napa Store in Wellington doesn't deserve to remain in business if this is how they treat their customers. If this store is to remain in business, "little miss sunshine" needs to be fired. It appears this store will be lucky to stay in business another 6 months as their inventory selection seems very low and a bit costly as well.

Helpful staff. Nice to finally have an auto parts store here in town. Prices aren't awesome (e.g. air conditioner coolant is twice the price most places charge), but good for emergency trips.
