I went into this store on 05/27/26 to buy a bottle of car wax and a couple other items. Myself and another customer stood in line for 15 minutes while the clerk delt with a man who claimed he bought brake pads at another store. I could hear another employee in the office talking on the phone. Why couldn't he come out and help? What gives?

Steven from the Mead location went above and beyond and demonstrated what it means to be one of a kind. He is genuinely interested in helping one find a solution (you don’t see this much nowadays) Consider giving that man a raise!
